A Day Off

This is set at Willie and Alex's apartment.

I think all of my oneshot from now on are going to be them alive but in the present, unless I say otherwise. So they never died but they're still in a band with Julie. Also, I mainly update on my AO3 and there are more parts over there than on here as of right now! AO3: morganscanary

Outside POV

Alex walked into Willie and his bedroom twirling one of his drumsticks. He had just come back from rehearsing with the band. He opened the door to see Willie hanging off the edge of the bed, staring at the door. He was bored, waiting for Alex to get back. Alex set down his drumstick and walked over to their bed and knelt down in front of Willie. Willie smiled and so did Alex. Willie turned over and put his pointer finger under Alex's chin bringing him closer for a kiss. They made out for a little and Alex slowly crawled on top of Willie as he leaned back towards the front of the bed. Willie pulled back and looked Alex in the eyes.

He pursed his lips. "Can we just cuddle? I missed you so much."

"Of course, but I was only gone an hour," Alex said, laying down as Willie laid his head on Alex's chest.

"Yeah, but it feels like forever not being with you!"

"Awwww, baby," Alex kissed Willie's forehead. "How about we hang out tomorrow. Just the two of us. We can cuddle and watch movies or whatever you wanna do."

Willie looked up at Alex. "I'd like that." Willie smiled.

"Okay. Then tomorrow is a day just for us." Alex and Willie kissed each other, letting it linger.

The next day, Alex told the band he couldn't rehearse and they understood. Alex and Willie cuddled in bed and watched movies all day. They enjoyed being in each other's presence and Willie loved getting to have a day just for him and Alex. No interruptions.
