When he got home, the tension was felt.
Yoongi could always feel when something was off. Call it intuition. There was a thick mist of air lingering heavily in the house.
He tried to ignore it.
Maybe Mian had a stressful day.
'Mina!' He had called out the second his shoes were off by the door.
The man didnt even bother placing his shoes into their shoe closet by the door. He dumped his bag on the living room sofa before walking into the kitchen with a wrapped bottle of wine he had bought along the way.
Her soft voice was humming a tune as she cut some fruit. Yoongi crept softly behind her forgetting that he just yeled a second ago.
He slowly circled his arms around her tiny waist, snuggling his face into her neck letting his lips linger on the soft folds of flesh present at the nape.
'Hey...'She only smiled at him squirming at the breathe that fanned her.
'What smells so good?'
'Dumplings and some mixed spicy meat.'
Yoongi let out a groan as his stomach complained.
'Now I'm hungry. Are we waiting for Hoseok and Dimples?'She simply shook her head.
'Hoseok has date night and Namjoon has a nightshift today.'
'That fucker barely talks to me since he got cuffed.''Well that tends to happen when you get into a relationship, don't you think?' She sassed back defending his bestfriend.
Yoongi smiled at this running the palm of his hands over her arms soothingly.
'Great we get to have a cozy dinner date. I'll set up the table.'
The thought that they had the whole house to themselves made his gummy smile grow wider. They could do anything they wanted.
They could make out on the coach with a movie playing in the background.Wierd or not, that was something he has always wanted to do with her.
He changed into comfy clothes before coming down when she was done setting the food.
'Jiang won't stop talking about you after you left. She was so surprised I have a girlfriend.' He told her while serving some food into his bowl.
She only smiled. No giggle or outburst?
Something was definitely wrong.
Yoongi couldnt help feel cautious.
In most cases, Mian was the talker in their relationship. She had barely spoken a word.
'Is everthing ok sweets?'
She looked up at him when the nickname got to her ears.
