13 - Two Letters

Hobi POV

It's been well over a month and I still can't believe he's not here.

It's been so hard to get used to his absence but Jimin and Taehyung don't seem to mind too much.

I feel somethings going on between them and it worries me.

But I pushed the thought out of my head and was about to walk to my room when someone called me.

"Hobi hyung there's something for you in the mail. And Yoongi hyung too."

I turned around and saw Taehyung holding two letters.

I thanked him and looked at it really confused. It was from the United States?

Just as I was reading the front of the envelope Yoongi walked in.

"Hey Yoongs come take a look at this," I waved his own letter out to him.

He took it and looked at it with an equally confused face.

We had no idea what this was about.

I scratched the back of my head wondering. It was so out of the blue and we didn't even know if this was legit.

We finally decided to open the letters.

I scanned through it a bit and then stopped.

My breath hitched.

I turned to Yoongi who looked back at me with his mouth hanging open in shock.

We ran to our room and grabbed our empty suitcases from under our beds and started packing as quickly as we could.

Taehyung poked his head through the doorway and stared at us confused.

"Wait where are you guys going?"

"We're going to the States we got something really important to take care of. Tell the guys we'll be back as soon as possible."

I continued shoving clothes and shoes and all my necessities into my suitcase. I finally finished and turned around to see Yoongi zipping up his own suitcase.

"Does this have to do with those letters? What were they about?"

I froze.

"It's an important production deal for a big company and we can't pass it up."

I was thankful Yoongi spoke first.

"Yea so umm we have to go, our plane tickets were included and we need to head out or we'll miss our flight."

"It's so out of the blue can't you guys wait and tell the rest of the Hyungs?"

"Wish we could Tae but this is super important."

I pulled the handle up on my suitcase and walked over to the door and gave Tae a hug before heading towards the elevator.

Yoongi came behind me and we stepped into the elevator and waved goodbye to Taehyung as he watched the doors close on us

"That little shit is gonna get a piece of me when we get there. How could he run off and make that decision without telling us?!?!!?"

I turned to Yoongi who looked mad but honestly really adorable with his cheeks puffed out and his eyebrows furrowed.

I held his hand and he calmed down.

"Now let's not hurt him, after all we're finally seeing him after so many weeks."

He nodded and i squeezed his hand reassuringly.

I kissed his forehead and smiled.

The elevator doors opened and we stepped out and into my car.

We got to the airport and found our plane. After the whole check in process, we finally boarded an hour later and settled in for the long flight.

This was going to be a long trip.
