"Muscle contraction controlled gloves" I thoughtfully sigh as my giant friend helps me into the weaponized glove "So awesome."

"It's a weapon" my partner Adam reminds me, tugging on the velcro as I nestle my hand into the glove "And when weaponized can be lethal."

Humming I watch him tauntingly as he straps on my glove, "Bet you say that to all the girls." Adam doesn't respond. Not a smile or a laugh. But I do get a raised eyebrow which has me pushing "What? Two months and still no laugh?"

"You're not funny."

"I'm a hoot."

With one last tug, I reluctantly spin towards the targets against the cement wall, listening to Anders from the side with Levitt "This task is about communication and teamwork. It's very simple. The shooter will be firing blindly. They'll have to listen to their spotter to hit the small target on that wall, not ten meters from where you stand. The first person who hits it wins." Cringing I squint towards the tiny target. From where I stand it appears no bigger than my hand. Immediately I know I'm in trouble. I'm an average shooter on a normal day. Blindfolded... I just hope nobody is in my way. "Please" Anders instructs "Blindfold your partners."

Shrouded in darkness from the cloth, I can't catch the anxious words in time "Ooh I didn't know you were into this Adam."

"Please don't."

Whilst I smirk at Adam's uncomfortable response, I hear Echo to my right on the other side of Octavia "Are these weapons lethal?"

Anders seems very wary to respond "No." Mentally pleading Echo doesn't do anything stupid, Ander proclaims "Is everyone ready?" Silently I raise my gloved had to aim, fingers curled at the ready "Begin."

"Little to the right, an inch lower-" Suddenly before I even get a shot off there is a cry to my right before seeming cold hots me. My muscles seizing up my crumple to the floor. My locked muscles don't unclench until I hear "Target hit."
