Chapter 1

A/N: Hi party people (ew, don't know why I said that), it's time for the 3rd book in this series, except it's the prequel. So, it took a lot of deciding if I would actually write this or not, because I'm focusing on school more and another book, but as you can see, I've come to the conclusion for the third, and final book. (This story starts off with Haiden and Tony being 15 years old)

-Haiden's POV-

"Haiden, it's time for you to go to school!" My mom yells up the stairs.

"Okay mom, I'll be down in a second!" I yell back in response.

I slip on my Vans, grab my phone and backpack and run downstairs.

"You ready baby?" She asks.

"Yeah." I say.

"Alright, let's go." She says, opening the front door.

I follow her out to the car and get in the passenger seat while she gets in the driver's seat. She starts the car and backs out of the driveway, while I get on my phone.

"Oh, are we picking up Ondre and Tony?" I ask, looking up from my phone briefly.

"Yeah." She says, keeping her eyes on the road.

"Okay." I say, going back to my phone.

We get to the Lopez brothers' house and I see them waiting outside, and then all of sudden Ondreaz pushes Tony, making me laugh slightly.

Tony gets up and pushes Ondreaz back, causing him to stumble slightly, before running to the car. He gets in the back and shuts the door while Ondreaz gets in the other side.

"Hi boys." Mom says.

"Hi." They both respond back with quickly.

"Hi Haiden." Tony says, leaning forward and resting his chin on my shoulder.

"Hi Tony. Happy birthday." I say, turning in my seat to look at him.

"Thanks." He says.

He smiles at me before leaning back in his seat. I turn back around and go back on my phone while my mom drives towards the school.

We arrive at school and get out of the car, before going into school. Ondreaz goes down to his locker while Tony and I go to ours.

"So, you ready for school today Haiden?" Tony asks.

"Nope." I say, a smile on my face, "You?"

"Definitely not." He says, laughing slightly.

We put the books we need in our backpacks before heading to homeroom. We sit down in our seats and talk while we wait for our teacher to take attendance. She gets to my name, looking around for me.

"Haiden Johnson?" She asks.

"I'm here." I say, looking up.

She nods her head and puts present in for me. She calls a couple names before getting to Tony's.

"Tony Lopez?" She asks.

"Here." He says, before going back to talking to me, "Did you do the math homework?"

"Yeah. You didn't do it again?" I ask.

He shakes his head no, a smile on his face.

"I'll help you out in class." I say.

"Thanks Haiden." He says.

"Of course T." I say.

We wait for the bell to ring, and then go to first hour.

-lunch-

"Ondre, wait up." I say, following him, Tony next to me.

Ondreaz stops in his tracks and looks back at us. We catch up to him and then walk to lunch.

"So, how were your classes so far?" Ondreaz asks once we sit down.

"Meh, math sucks, history isn't too bad though." I say.

"I despise them both." Tony says before taking a bite out of his sandwich.

Carson and Kayla come sit next to us and start eating their food as well as I do.

"Ew, I don't wanna go to gym." Kayla whines.

"Neither do I." I say.

"Gym isn't that bad." Ondreaz says.

"No, it really isn't." Tony adds on.

"Yeah, I like gym, it's fun." Carson says.

"Whatever." I say, shrugging it off.

-last class of the day-

Gym time, great... Kayla, Carson, and I go to the girls' dressing room and change into our clothes before going back out into the gym and catching up with Tony who was already doing his warm up laps. We run a couple laps before the teacher blows the whistle for us to stop. We play a basketball game before the bell rings for the end of the day.

"You coming over to the studio later for my birthday party?" Tony asks once we have our things together.

"Yeah. I'll be over there by seven." I say.

"Okay, see you then." He says before going over to his mom's car.

I go over to mom's car and get in.

"Mom, I need to get an outfit for tonight. Can we go to the store?" I ask.

"Of course." She says, pulling out of the parking lot.

We go to the nearest Kohl's and get out of the car before going in. We go straight to where my size clothing would be and look through the clothes. I end up finding an orange tie-dye crop top and some black denim shorts. I buy the clothes and then go out to the car before heading home.

"Are you gonna stay the night or not?" Mom asks once we get home.

"Um, yeah I am." I say.

"Okay." She says before I go upstairs.

I take a quick shower and then dry off my hair before putting on my outfit. I put on some concealer, a little bit of eye shadow, and some lip gloss before doing my hair into a ponytail. I go back into my room and work on some homework so I can be done before going to the dance studio.

When I finish my homework, I go downstairs to see mom making herself dinner.

"You guys are having pizza there right?" Mom asks, looking over at me as I sit down at the table.

"Yep." I say.

"Okay, once I finish and clean up we can go, so make sure you're ready." She says.

I nod my head and go back upstairs to pack a bag for the overnight, before taking it downstairs and going on my phone.

"Haiden, put your shoes on, I'm cleaning up this plate and then we'll go." Mom says.

"Okay mom." I say, putting my phone in my back pocket and going to put on my black Vans.

We go out to the car and she starts it before driving towards the dance studio.

Oh, did I forget to mention, I have a crush on Tony? So this one's gonna be interesting.
