Dragon ball z: Time Travel mix up

The rescue plan has finally begun!

Goku POV:

My eyes were transfixed on the site before me. No amount of words could describe the emotions fluttering through me at the moment. This was my home planet. This was where I came from and where I would have been raised if I hadn't been sent away to conquer Earth a day after I was born. I couldn't imagine how Vegeta felt right now. This was the planet that he always gloated about and the planet he thought he would never see again. This was the mighty Planet Vegeta-Sei.

" Come on Vegeta." I urged, tearing my gaze away from the breathtaking sight. We had no time to tour. We had a mission that we needed to achieve straight away. I wasn't sure how long we had here and there was no way I was going to chance our time just so we could stand in awe, staring upon a bunch of grass and trees.

Vegeta slowly torn his view from the landscape to look at me, a faraway look in his eyes as he vaguely nodded in agreement. I felt bad for him, seeing his planet like this had to be hard for him.

" Where can we get a space pod?" I asked in an attempt to spark a conversation with the mute and astounded Vegeta.

That question seemed to manage to snap him out of his trance because he gave me his customary ' your a buffoon' look and rolled his eyes.

" We can't just buy a space pod, baka. The only way you can obtain a space pod is by going on Freiza's ship and retrieving one there. Did you really believe that we could get a space pod by simply walking into a shop and asking for one? This isn't Earth Kakorott, the residents here are much different than they are on Earth." Vegeta scoffed before glancing down at the capsule resting delicately in his gloved hand. " Now before we go we have to change into the outfit's my woman designed for us, they may not look exactly like a Sayian's normal attire but it is still much better than the clothes we are wearing at the moment. They reek of humans. Then we have to work on your attitude."

He lost me there. I understood why I needed to change out of my usual orange Gi but I didn't understand why I needed to adjust my attitude.

" Awww but how come Vegeta? What's wrong with the way I act?" I laughed as I rubbed the back of my head and smiled.

"hmph. That's why you idiot. You act too happy and friendly! I could spot you as a fraud from a mile away! You need to act cocky, arrogant, selfish and above all mean."

" You mean I have to act like you?"

That earned me a glare from Vegeta.

" But Vegeta I just don't think I can do it. I can't be rude." I complained, crossing my arms in defiance.

Vegeta gave me a disbelieving look before shaking his head in annoyance.

" Must you make this trip harder than it has to be?!"

"Hmph. Fine I'll try to act mean." I finally agreed, turning my attention to the now opening Capsule and quickly began getting dressed into the familiar Sayian get up.

" Here goes nothing........"

* Sorry it's so short but i just wanted to post another chapter for you guys.unforuntely i have managed to come down with the flu so i should have plenty of time to update my stories. Now i really wanted to thank everyone who has been commenting and reading my story. you guys rock! After reading Firemoons story ( which i highly advise you to check out, its really good!) i saw that she dedicated her stories to people who commented and i think that thats a wonderful idea.
