A few days passed by rapidly. For Halloween, the band had gone to a haunted house. After that was when Kirishima set up a TV in the studio- a nice addition to their practice space. And of course, Bakugou was warned not to break it. That night was spent watching a horror movie, which turned out to be more amusing than scary.

Along with that, they were also scheduled to play at Sato's restaurant again the next evening, which was once again a success. The day after was when the band had decided to take a night off and go to the club. Kaminari spent the whole time sitting on a stool in front of the counter, talking to Sero.

It was odd- when any female approached him he didn't bother flirting. Kaminari couldn't understand why, but he didn't feel a slight bit of interest in them, even when they tried to lead him on.

Even Sero was surprised. "Wow, Kaminari the flirt, not even bothering to associate with hot ladies that approached him," He had commented with a raised eyebrow, to which his friend responded with a simple shrug of his shoulders.

"I'm not in the mood," Kaminari had replied. And truthfully, he wasn't. He could barely find anything remarkable about them, other than their outward appearance. He didn't even know them, so why bother?

"Are you gay now or something?" Sero had asked.

He had shaken his head in reply, implying a no. He was sure that wasn't the case. Kaminari frowned, his thoughts distracted by a sweet voice that echoed through the room. I recognize that voice. It was Jirou's singing, the angelic melody unfailing to leave him in a dazed trance. God, she sounded like an angel.

Sero's eyebrows had scrunched in confusion at the sudden dreamy look in his eyes. "Dude, are you ok?"

Kaminari had only nodded in response. Jirou. The girl that never failed to amaze him. Her talents, such as her voice and her musical abilities; her charisma; let alone her smile, something that could brighten his day in a heartbeat. She was the one he sought to impress, and to grow closer to.

But why?

He didn't know the answer to that. Heck, Kaminari didn't even know why he'd invited her here today as he stood on the sidewalk in the park, autumn leaves falling around him. He slipped his hands into his jacket pockets and waited, staring off into the distance at cars passing by. Maybe he decided that the weather would be nice for a walk. Or, perhaps he just needed an excuse to spend time with her.

Jirou arrived a few minutes after, dressed in a fuzzy black sweater and her purple scarf, the fringed ends fluttering in the breeze. She walked towards him. "Hi," She said, causing the blonde to snap out of his thoughts, whirling around to face her.

"Huh? Oh! Jirou," Kaminari yelped, slightly startled at her arrival. He sheepishly rubbed the back of his neck. "Hey..."

She raised an eyebrow. "You're very jumpy today, Pikachu," She noted.

"Sorry about that," He replied, chuckling, "I didn't notice you were here."

"Daydreaming?" She questioned, gently tilting her head to one side.

"Yeah."

Jirou gently poked him in the chest. "So, what did you want to do today?" She asked, giving him a look of curiosity.

I don't know, I just wanted to see you again. "I think the weather is nice today!" Kaminari said quickly, putting on a bright smile. "I thought we could, uh, spend some time outside before it gets too cold."

"Hmm, the weather is very nice," She commented, bending down to delicately pick up a bright red leaf off the cement ground. She held the leaf up to the light, inspecting the subtle little veins that ran through it.

Kaminari found himself staring at her. He examined her expression of curiosity- the way her eyes lit up and the delighted look on her face, the sunlight making her skin seemingly glow.

"So beautiful," Jirou murmured.

"Yes..." He replied with his attention completely focused on her. You're so beautiful.

The next few minutes of the walk was spent in peaceful silence, the only noises that could be heard being the faint honking of cars, the sound of the wind, and the soles of their shoes coming in contact with the sidewalk. It was a calm, pleasant contrary from the usual bustle of the city. They stopped at a small pond, noticing a few pairs of Mallard ducks quacking in the water.

A bench stood a few feet from the edge of the pond. Kaminari and Jirou both took a seat, with the blonde pulling something out of his pocket.

Jirou raised an eyebrow at the item in his hand. A bag of crackers. "What's that for?" She asked.

Kaminari shrugged in reply. "I get hungry sometimes," He chuckled as he opened the bag, "But I thought we could feed the ducks with these."

She nodded, taking one and breaking it into smaller pieces before tossing it into the pond. The bits landed onto the water, creating tiny ripples as it floated on the surface. The ducks quacked happily, paddling over to the edge of the pond and eating the cracker crumbs.

The two of them continued feeding the ducks for a little while until the crackers ran out. Then they just sat there, watching the ducks swim away to occupy themselves with something else. Jirou gently leaned her head on Kaminari's shoulder, staring out at the scenery ahead of them. They stayed still for a few moments, sitting there with the breeze rustling their hair.

Kaminari broke the silence. "Jirou-"

"Kyouka," She immediately blurted out without thinking, "Call me by my first name- Kyouka."

He slightly turned his head to look at her. "Then call me Denki," He replied with a soft smile that caused her heart to melt.

Jirou's cheeks tinted red, feeling her face heating up. "Oh...ok," She mumbled, quickly looking down at her hands folded in her lap.

It was at that moment when she came to a certain realization. The light, fluttery feeling she often experienced around Kaminari. The warm, content emotion she felt in her heart. And she found him so damn attractive- from his mesmerizing golden eyes to that brilliant smile of his that made him look like an angel sent from heaven. And his sweet, fun personality was like a ray of sunshine. She even enjoyed his idiot side. All of it pointed to one thing, something she was becoming startlingly aware of.

Do I have feelings for him?
