Interactive Story Abbreviations

I understand a lot of authors make it easy to understand their interactive stories by putting their specifics in the first chapter, but as I myself have never written an interactive story, this is just a general thing that I might use, and have seen a lot on WattPad.


Y/N - one of the most common ones, this means 'your name'.

Y/L/N - your last name

B/F/N - best friend name/boyfriend name

BF/N - boyfriend name

GF/N - girlfriend name

G/F/N - girlfriend name

Y/E/C or E/C - 'your eye color' or 'eye color'

F/E/C - favorite eye color

Y/H/C or H/C - 'your hair color' or 'hair color'

F/H/C - favorite hair color

S/K - skin color

S/T - skin tone

F/C - favorite color

F/F - favorite food

AN - Authors Note, usually in parentheses, or bolded at the end of a chapter or between paragraphs

ight - means 'alright', just shortened. It's a term meaning 'I agree' or 'ok'. I usually spell it 'aight', myself. (this was a slang one but I answered it anyway.)
