I was pulled put of my trace when I felt a salty tear roll off my chin and hit my neck. I quickly wiped it away, silently scolding myself for crying. As I continued to try an regain my usual emotionless face I heard my mother calling from downstairs. " I don't hear the shower running" she said in a sing song tune. I rolled my eyes and locked at the clock, the big bright red numbers read 7:13. My eyes widened a little she was right if I don't hurry up im going to be late for school. I pulled off my night gown threw my hair in a pony tail and jumped in the shower. Once I was done washing up I got out the shower and wrapped my towel around me. I entered my room and went straight to my closet to find something to wear, since my school didn't have uniform we could wear what we wanted. I quickly picked a pair of black skinnies with a regular white polar shirt and my checkered white and black vans. This was my basic wadrobe for almost everday and it was going to stay that way. I slippped my clothes on and walked over to the mirror to do my hair. Once again I noticed it's boring straightness but ignored and began to brush it in a pony tail, which was also how my hair was everyday. Once I was finished I grabbed my bookbag and headed downstairs. I reached the bottom step and turned into the kitchen, where my mom was sitting with her keys. She looked up at me "ready to go" she asked and I simply nodded. She sighed and got up, I grabbed my coat and we headed outside and got into the car. The car was silent as she drove and I was hoping it would stay that way but of course she had to say something. " You look really cute today as usual honey but if you would only do something a little different each day you would look so much cuter" she babbled on as I rolled my eyes. Typical, this was typical conversation when I got in the car with my mom, so to satisfy her little daydream of me being any different I just nodded. She sighed once agin " I'm serious sweety youre a beautiful girl" she continued which just got her another nod and me another sigh. As she pulled up to the front entrance of the school I opened my door hurriedly and got out he car waving bye fastly. She waved then pulled off and I turned around slowly and beagn to walk up the stairs to the school. I climbed up the stairs and stopped in front of the door feeling the dread build up as I entered the school.
