"Josh, I just can't beleive you," I said after the long moment of silence ever since we got in the car.
"Listen, how many times do I have to tell you, I'm sorry...." Josh looked so helpless. He did look really sorry, but that wasn't good enough.
"You shouldnt have kissed that other girl.. I don't really care if it was a bar or whatever, I don't care if you were drunk, you should have known better. We've been dating for almost a whole year now, you should know better," I said, tears coming to my eyes. I wondered how I made him feel when I said that. I must have made him feel pretty bad, because he had tears coming to his eyes.
"Baby, you know that I'm really sorry... I was drunk... You know how I am when I'm drunk... I can't help it, I wish I could show you how sorry I am. I would do anything to show you," Josh said, his eyes red.
"Josh... You made me feel like I was a nobody," I said.
"I know, baby. And I don't want it to end like this. I don't want it to end at all," Josh said helplessly.
"I know, me either Josh, but.. Oh my gosh! Josh, watch out!" I screamed. There was a car coming in our direction straight at us.
"I can't see! My tears! Baby, I love you!" Then BOOM! The two cars collided. I was still awake, and very startled. I felt a sharp pain go through my body. I picked up my head and looked around.
"Josh, you okay?" I asked. I didnt get an answer. "Josh!? Baby??" I asked again. I still didn't get an answer. At this point, I was crying. I moved so I could shake him, which hurt really bad. I shook him and said "Josh?? Josh baby?? Are you okay!? Baby, come on! Say something!" I shook and shook and shook hoping he would wake up. But it was no use. He wasn't budging.
I sat there for a while hurting, then I heard sirens. The ambulience came and took me away. I tried to look to see what they were doing with Josh. He was still sitting there. "J-Josh..." I said.
Before they put me in the ambulience, the man looking at Josh came over and said "Miss, I'm very sorry to inform you, but the man over there in the car... He is... Well.. He's dead."
