Into the woods

It was close to dark, starting to get cold but colder then normal since i stood in one of the highest peaks of the mountain that over looked the valley below, covered by complete forestation and cloudy mist that dwelled around the peaks. I leant against the metal fence that went around in a decent sized square being a few metres wide, protecting me from staying up on the small ledge that will always be my favourite part of the beautiful mountain. The view was breath taking, trees curving up from everywhere even from where i stand they had curved above me, hiding the half cloudy sky with fragments of sun that was turning dim. Everything was covered in green, if not then by colourful vivid flowers that still held drops of water on each petal. Along the way up here you could hardly even see the sky, the trees were just too tall and lanky and the path was thin and uneven in it's swerved direction. I enjoyed hiking at this time of day, where the mist floats above and around the mountains ahead that grow with rocky edges.

I admired the way they continuously mounted one over the other until it formed out from the ground with calm curved angles, surrounded by tall trees and bushes that smoothed out the roughness. The animals that were the mountains inhabitants of the land made their own noises that declared the majestic scene, including the birds that always sung or laughed and the trees that swayed and joined into the natural produced music made by the surroundings along with the sounds of steps against rocks or snapping sticks. It took 30 minutes to hike up, but it was all worth it in the end. Along the way there were small pit stops that mostly tourist ever stopped in to observe every angle of the mountains around the one they stood on, usually families with mothers who needed a break while they feed their youngest child with fathers who hold their other child's hand while pointing out to the natural beauty so that they can both acknowledge it. I always felt jealous whenever I saw couples walking around, it made me feel lonely and unnatural, like I wasn't walking to clear my mind nor to find natural beauty, Tranquility or serenity within the world but like i was looking for someone to love. I sighed, breathing in and out of my nose as i absorb the fresh smell of the rain forest like wonder that was consumed by the 3 M's that being moist, moss and mist. "Hi, uh- Im completely lost. I can't seem to find my way back" someone spoke from behind me with steps that crunched on sticks, disrupting my peace. I turned around, prepared to help whoever is lost, probably some weird nerd who's never set foot into the open wilderness. As soon as I turned around, I was met with curly auburn brown hair and hazel eyes along with a wonderfully chiseled jaw bone.

It was Ashton, it was him, not a nerd- it was a musical God. I gasp, placing both hands to my mouth but Ashton's lost expression turns to one that seemed flustered. "OMG it- I absolutely love you! I can't believe it's you, Are you really-" "ashton Irwin, yes. I was hoping you wouldn't know" he trailed off, sounding harassed and in discomfort but still attained a small smile as he watches me from only two steps away. His hair was messy but held back by his favourite red bandanna that oddly suited him so well, his tan skin looked shinny and glimmered even in the shadowed forest we stand under with a beautiful view. I put my hands back to my sides, clenching them tightly with force, wanting to scream and through a tantrum. He's basically a celebrity but that isn't the issue. The issue is that he is in a band that I truly adore, not to mention my heart beats faster for the drummer in which causes me to act more squeamish and flustered. how could I have acted so average and annoying! Ashton stands tall, loitering around as he purses his lips, his muscles so exposed I don't even think it's possible for me to speak evenly without a squeaky voice. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to annoy you, I'll go-" My voice was of course uneasy and cracking as I spoke while my eyes wonder around his arm muscles that seemed perfectly sculpted and appeared to have more of a thick look about them.

They looked like dense rock, unable to jiggle or move. I force my eyes to move away as I begin to walk away around him, now slightly embarrassed that I hadn't acted casual in the first place and embarrassed I'm even running away like some coward. I probably scared him away, he's probably thinking 'gee this girl has issues'. No wait! I would still very much like for you to help me since I have no idea how to get out of here, plus i kind of enjoy you annoying me even though that was hardly even annoying" he pointed out, grabbing at my wrist, causing me to stop at an immediate jerk. My breath hitched as my head tilts up to see ashton who studied me, smiling widely as his hands secure around my wrist and our bodies stay side by side but at opposite directions. No one else was around us, I was surprised no fans had followed him here or stalked him so that they could meet him and share their encounter with the world. His hazel eyes gleamed like the moist forest around us that had many rain droplets dripping and sparkling as it falls to the hard soiled ground. "W-well sure I mean of course" He touched me, I couldn't breath. I looked down, his long fingers wrapped around my wrist. I looked back up to his hazel eyes, my cheeks fully red and flushed, this was going to be a horrible discomforting hike.
