~Flash Back~

It was a dark , winter evening when the phone call came in. I was in my babysitter's house , Amanda , when the phone rang . Amanda answered it and sounded confused , shocked and very disappointed . She then came back to tell me what happened . 

"Your father has gone to prison ", She began . " He held a hostage of 23 people , mostly helpless women and some children . He killed all but 2 , a father and daughter . They're safe but the other people have died" . My dad's a murderer ? how? I was angry at him . He let his child live alone , how could he do this to me.Not to mention those 21 people or so families that had a member of their family lost brcause of my dad. I still love him , though , even after what he did . I assume it was cause of depression and family loss that he did it to others too get their own back . I really want to him some day again but i can't . 

"You have to go to a orphanage ," Amanda continued . "No one can pay me to look after you so you have to go . I'll visit you,  That was the tome i got sent to the hellhole.

*end of flash back*

I'll visit you ," is what Amanda had said . But she did not visit me . She made a promise many years ago and never kept. 

Anyways , today sir said that there's a man coming in to adopt someone today. I didn't want to go and meet him , just in case he decides to adopt me . Oh yes , we call the 'father' of the orphanage 'sir' because he lost his child when he was married to his wife , before she was killed in a car accident , and he doesn't want to be reminded of that horrible day .

Did I forget to mention I have powers???
