The Love Triangle

Ava is just your normal average 9th grader starting her new life in a new school since she had to move to a different state due to her father landing a new job. Ava was excited to leave her old life behind and make new friends, new memories, and especially new crushes, but what Ava didn't know is that she would end up in a bit of a sticky situation with her new life. It was the first day of school and Ava couldn't wait to get her day started and meet all the new kids. Avas new school journey first began in her chemistry class where she met her best friend Lucy and possible crush interest Lucas. Ava fell in love at first sight with Lucas and she couldn't comprehend why because Lucas was way far from her taste in men. Lucas was this smart overachieving shy boy who is way different from Avas taste in boys which is the athletic dumb popular boys. Ava instantly felt drawn to him and she couldn't figure out the reasoning behind it, maybe it was his passion for learning, but whatever it was she couldn't figure it out. Ava and Lucas soon became close friends due to the fact that they were paired up as lab partners so they had to get to know each other anyways. A couple class periods go by and Ava couldn't stop thinking about Lucas until lunch time rolled around. There she saw him... Marcus. Marcus was your typical dumb athletic popular soccer boy and she was fascinated by him. Everything about Marcus was just perfect to Ava and she couldn't help but fantasies about Marcus the rest of the day. Ava soon found herself losing sleep at night debating on who she should choose. In the mornings she found herself fantasising about Lucas but then in the evening she found herself fantasizing about Marcus. Three Months rolled by and she was still in a sticky situation with Lucas and Marcus because she found both of them crushing on her now. She didn't want to hurt either one's feelings so she really thought about what her heart wanted and when she did she thought of Lucas but then when she thought about what her mind wanted she thought of Marcus. Six months rolled around and Ava still couldn't progress with her decision making so she finally came to the conclusion that if either one was the right one for her then one would obviously stick out more from the other one. Ava then realized that she was so focused on looking for a new boo that she didn't really look at what they had on the inside but what they had on the outside. Ava soon came to the conclusion that she would pick neither. Instead she would pick to focus on herself and to better her understanding on what she wants in a guy so when the right one rolls around she would have a clear mind on what she's looking for.
