These exercises work not only on the footwork, but also on the endurance and help build the football-playing foundation. While running can seem trivial for a youth footballer, running is a captivating and exciting technique that can be incorporated into these exercises. I think I'll share some of my best football drills I can do on my own so you can reach new personal heights.

Remember that you need to run with 100% effort, but you can add a football to practice high-speed dribbling. Even better, almost any cardio coach can become a drill if you add the footballs. Another exercise that helps improve ball control and dribbling skills is rollover dribbling. Dribbling drills make players much more comfortable with the ball in hand and the difference is noticeable in the game.

Wall passing and wall juggling are the best football exercises you can practice at home, and it's a great way to practice shooting with just one touch. When you go to a training session and the team is playing in a match, there is always the opportunity to train at home.

These two versions of the same general practice can be precisely located as they can greatly improve your ability to control the ball on the field or on a futsal field.
