Wait what?! Did I just upload another chapter?? Oh yes babies, ya'll deserve this.
Berlin's face remained stoic as he injected the medicine in his arm. He was already used to the pain after doing it ever since he had to. At first he even asked Seoul to inject it but being the fast learner he is, he learned to find the vein and to inject it by himself.
After finishing his maintenance, he let out a sigh as he leaned his back on his chair. He was tired for the day, physically and mentally. They had shooting practice today and to his satisfaction Seoul has improved a lot when it comes to using the weapon. His lips curve upwards on one side as he remembered Seoul tried shooting for the first time.
Seoul.
The person with that name was what made him mentally tired. That woman has made his mind exhausted ever since she started growing boobs. That woman not only messed with his head but also his emotions.
And his hormones and Jr.
She made him feel the most of his emotions. Stuff he didn't even know was there. She made him feel the happiest, the saddest, the angriest, the most confused, but the best one was one when she made him feel that he was important.
When his mother wasn't there anymore, and he couldn't drag Sergio on his cruel world, when he didn't have any friends because they were afraid he would steal from them, only one person was there. She stuck with him like a gum on a shoe.
Now a full smile was on his face when he reminisced about those times together and unconsciously he was touching the ring that was on his ring finger. A wedding ring was supposed to be there. And he had one before but this ring he's currently touching felt different. He always does this, sometimes without his knowledge, he rubs his fingers on the metal and it became a habit.
Yes, he did marry another woman. Five to be exact. And yes, he did love those women. He was also happy with them. But even if he forced his self not to, he can't stop it. He can't stop but compare. Compare them from the first woman he ever loved. And the obvious answer is, no they weren't able to make him feel like how she did.
He closed his eyes as he let out the second sigh for the night. Now he started to think about his life decisions and ones he's about to make. He regretted some but to some he's also proud.
But he wasn't sure if he regretted or if he should be happy of one decision.
Crossing the line with Seoul.
Of course he was on top of the world when he finally had the first woman he ever loved. To be able to kiss her, to call her his and knowing that she felt the same felt like having the cure for his illness, more than even. He actually would die a happy man.
But he couldn't just hide the dirt on the rug. He couldn't just forget about his illness. And the fact they're about to rob a bank. Oh and not just a small bank.
His smile fell.
All these happiness, kisses, laughter, and love he is experiencing right now wouldn't last as much as he wants to. He can't see his woman as long as he wants to.
He thought about Seoul. About what will happen to her, when the time comes. Will she move on easily? A part of him would want her to move on but a part of him doesn't like the idea of her with another man even if he's six feet on the ground. He loved the woman. It was obvious to everyone's eyes.
Her smile. The way her eyes sparkle every time she's engrossed on a show she's watching. Her weird dreams. How food makes her so happy. How she tries to catch up with people with her tiny legs. How she disagrees on his plans but ends up joining him anyways, and even enjoys it sometimes.
