3 YEARS LATER

JC's POV

"What the hell are you doing up there?" I was looking at my bestfriend hiding on top of the locker inside her office.

"Ssshhh!" She motioned at me to be quiet and hid her head using a book even though her whole body was visible.

Such an idiot!

Then i heard a voice from behind calling my bestfriend's name.

"Yohooo! Where are you, Shia?" I stared at the little kid who just entered the office not minding me standing in front of him.

"Hey, little man! Want me to help you find that tall woman?" I asked him but he ignored me and continued looking for my bestfriend.

"No! I'd better look for her alone. You're the worst in hide and seek." I raised both of my eyebrows at his remarks.

The hell with this kid!

Then i heard my bestfriend laughed silently but was heard by this little him.

"Hahaha got yah!" He laughed as he turned around and looked up on top of the locker and pointed Shia there.

"You're the worser, Shia!" Then i bursted out laughing as he commented about Shia's skill in hide and seek.

Shia then got down from the locker and glared at us as she marched to the bathroom.

"Hey, why are you here? Did you even go to school?" I asked him but he ignored me once again as he flopped down on Shia swivel chair and switched the big screen tv like he owned it.

"I'm talking to you, kid!" I said as i tried to get his attention.

"And you, why are you here?" Shia asked me as she went back and stared at me like i was a stranger.

"Am i not allowed to visit my bestfriend once in a while? And i'm your assistant for pete's sake!" I said and threw a pillow to her.

She just laughed and sat down beside me.

"Seriously, what brought you here?" She asked while her eyes was on the kid sitting like he's the CEO of this huge office.

"Your flight to Korea is in two days. And uncle wants to remind you that JYP called him that you should first drop to his office once we landed in Seoul." I looked at her while i talked.

It has been three years since we left in South Korea and three years since my bestfriend left her heart there.

Since that day, Shia became more workaholic than ever. She let herself drown from works just to forget Im Nayeon.

She always sleeps in her office, she barely eats and even admitted to hospital several times becuase depression and anxiety took over her.

Her parents decided to hide all Twice memorabilia in her mansion so Shia won't remember the memories she had with the girls especially with Nayeon.

I know how my bestfriend tried to cope up with everything for years just to prove to us that she had already moved on from Nayeon but i know a part of her isn't not fully healed from what had happened three years ago.

"Okay." She said as she stood up and went to her desk.

"That's it?" I asked.

Well, that's not what i want to hear from her.

I mean, i was expecting her to react like HEY, I'M NOT YET READY TO GO BACK THERE.

But she glared at me and i get it already.
