How long will it take for someone to truly love you, for you?
You've grown to hate people, just humans in general. They always leave for their own desires, greed, and selfishness.
You can't seem to find yourself to be strong in this weak world. You doubt anyone can. But you, yourself feel like a piece of gum that's been stepped on countless times; nothing could revive you from your current state.
You felt emotionless, Empty. An object that has no meaning to it.
Yet, you can't help but feel broken.
That was until he showed up.
He's the reason why you can breathe in this world.
The reason why you're still in this world.

You sat there in the middle of the park; you mindlessly grasped onto the grass by your sides. You watched the bridge that was over the small lake up ahead. You watched how the couples held hands. How they displayed their affection to their partner. Your mind was completely blank, yet your eyes followed.
"Hey."
You look up to see the very voice that snapped you out of your trance.
"Hey." You smile brightly.
He sat next to you on the grass in the most secluded area of the park. He propped his arms back, one behind you.
"Tell me what's on your mind."
You tilt your head to the sight right before you.
"Did you notice that both you and I have never ever, not once crossed that bridge?"
"Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be able to cross it one day." He says, wiggling his index and middle fingers like they're walking across the bridge.
You look at him determined.
"I will. And guess what, you'll be there with me." Smiling to your side. He returned a small smile. You plucked the grass you had earlier grasped and sprinkled it onto him.
"Let's get something to eat." You stand up, soon after you are followed by Jimin.
You wait for a little for him to catch up and you grab his hand as you'd seen near the bridge. Just like how you held the grass earlier, you held his hand tight and secure. You both went to a nearby food truck, however, you ended up not buying anything. You weren't hungry, you lost your appetite a long time ago.
You just wanted an excuse to spend more time with him, your light.
