CHAPTER 18

I went to his room to check that whether he is alright or not. He was still asleep. I looked at him lovingly. How could I forget my most precious childhood friend who saved me from the goons? I stroked his hair. But then he opened his eyes. I was startled for a moment.
"Dr Y/n?"

"JUNGKOOK!! You are finally back."I hugged him. He was quite surprised by my behaviour.
"Dr Y/n?"

"Oh... Sorry..."

"We have a lot to talk about, Mr Jeon."

Dr Ramsey explained to him about all his characters. He was disappointed with himself.
"Mr Jeon, may I ask you something?

He nodded.
"Did you perhaps remember anything about the orphanage?"
On hearing the word' orphanage', Jungkook started holding his head.
"Are you okay Jungkook?"

"My head is painting a lot."

"Jungkook... Jungkook...."

"Could you please stop calling me that?"

"JK!!!"

"YES... I AM BACK..."

"JK... I know that you know something that Jungkook doesn't know."

"Well you are correct but I am not going to say. I know that you and this old man are psychiatrists and you are here to remove me from Jungkook's mind."

"JK this important... You are hurting yourself."

"I am hurting myself..." He said sarcastically. "I am saving this dumb Jungkook as well as punishing those who do wrong. In what way am I hurting myself?"

"Please JK.. try to understand, you need to share everything with me. I am his lost childhood friend who he was searching for for a long time. I need to know what happened to those who when we  were in the orphanage."

"You want to know through what pain Jungkook has suffered. Fine I will tell you.
He has seen his elder sisters dying in front of his eyes. He has seen them getting raped by monsters hiding in the human body. He has suffered a lot Y/n."

After hearing this, I don't what to say... He has been through a lot of pain. My eyes were filled with tears."

"He could not do anything to save them at that time. That's why I have come to protect all the females who are in danger."

"But JK you can also tell these things to Jungkook. He is strong and he is not dumb which you think. Give him a chance JK... Please I am begging you."

"Don't cry... I will give him a chance to stand against those who do wrong but if he doesn't do anything then I have to come."

After that incident, Jungkook remained unconscious for one day. We were tensed about him. The doctors from abroad have come earlier than we thought. They checked on his mental health and did some procedures to bring back his consciousness.
After one day, finally, his senses came back.
But he said that he wants to spend some time alone in the old orphanage which means that all his characters have returned their memories to him.
He came home after one week. He seems to be changed a bit but not totally from his character. He said that he had met all his characters while he was unconscious. Therefore he decided to visit the orphanage to bring back all his memories. He also promised to JK to stand against injustice. He said he would do anything to stop injustice, whether through his artwork or protests.
After staying for one more month under observation, neither he developed any further characters nor the old ones came back.
So his case was solved. Dr Ramsey decided that it was time for me to leave the house as he is mental disorder have been cured.
I would be lying if I say that I didn't develop any feelings for him. But what could I do now? I am not sure about his feelings for me. After coming from the orphanage he was sorry for his behaviour as Ian.
Today I am leaving his house. It was an amazing time in this house.

Jungkook POV:-

Today Y/n is leaving. I could not let her do that. I was used to my behaviour as Ian. That's why I avoided her. But now when she is leaving, I don't think I could survive without her. I am finally cured because of her. I couldn't lose her once again. I have to stop her.

"Y/n... Wait..."

"Jungkook..."

"I have to ask you something really important."

"What?"

"Are you going to leave me alone as you did before?"

"...... "

"Please don't leave me... Y/N, I don't think I could survive without you. When I knew what Ian has done to you I was embarrassed but then I thought what he did was to show my true feelings for you...
Why don't you stay with me? Please... Please don't go away from me... "

"Jungkook..." I hugged him. "I am so happy that you stopped me from going away."

We smiled happily while looking at each other. We were so happy that we found each other after so many years.
