(It's been a week and two days since Erin was released from the hospital. The doctor examined her on her last day and she was told her ribs were healing well and she was able to be discharged within a couple hours)

(Now...she walked slowly through her apartment, after spending some nights in her old bedroom at Hanks house, taking in the damage that was left there when she was admitted to the hospital. The broken glass. The alcohol stained walls. The dent still in the wall near the entrance of her bedroom, when he slammed her into it a couple days after he first hit her. She let out a breathe and turned her head when the door shut, walking into the kitchen slowly, the aroma from the alcohol, immediately making her sick)

(Everything started to kick in and take over her mind. The kitchen table where he forced himself on her, the bar stool he threw at her)

E<"Jackson, I don't know why your so angry...I was with my friend Jessica from work"!

Ja<"you don't know why I'm angry Erin?(he asked, placing his hands on the edge of the counter while he leaned on it, breathing in heavy),I'm angry cause your fucking lieing to me"!

E<"Jackson I swear to you I'm not lieing,(she walked up to him, gasping when he turned quickly and pushed her away, causing her to stumble and fall to the floor. She didn't take her gaze off him),Jackson"

Ja<"Stop,(he yelled),Stop saying my name"!

(Erin pushed herself up and was about to walk to him again, but stopped as she saw him groan loudly, step back and grab her metal bar stool, lifting it in the air and throwing it in her direction. The pain was unbearable. She didn't understand why he was so mad...she wasn't lying, she was actually out with her friend Jessica)

(Erin pushed herself to her knees after falling to the floor again with the force of the stool, gasping as she cried in fear and realization of that he just did)

(She felt the tightening in her chest, and the way the walls started to close in. She was having a panic attack. She's back. He's gonna hurt her. She walked back slowly as she was breathing heavy, her eyes filling with tears and her hands traveling into her hair. Her back pressed against the farthest wall from the kitchen, and she slowly dropped down, bringing her right shaky hand to her coat pocket and pulling out her phone, using her finger print to unlock it before struggling to go into her contacts and pressing her speed dial. It was ringing for a couple seconds before they answered)

E<"c-can you come over,(she whimpered, her body starting to shake as she cried through the phone),p-please"?

(He didn't even bother telling Hank as to why he shot up from his desk, grabbed his coat and ran out. He didn't even have the time. He bolted out of the district and ran to his truck, hopping in and starting it before speeding off to the address that was given to him when Erin was released from the hospital. After almost crashing with multiple cars before putting on his sirens in his truck, he arrived at the complex, just putting his truck in park and running out, sprinting up the stairs and into the entrance before making his way towards the elevators, getting in and waiting to arrive at the third floor)

(When the doors opened, he ran out and turned to right, going with his gut and choosing that direction. He looked side to side at the numbers on the door before he saw the number. Three-ten. He brought his hand to the knob, groaning when it was locked, so he lifted his foot and kicked it in, not missing the way Erin screamed at the abrupt entrance)

J<"Erin?(he called, walking into the apartment and looking around, finding her on the floor, her back against the wall, and her knees to her chest with her hands in her hair),Erin"?
