From Mystic Falls to Hogwarts

Diagon Alley

I don't exactly know how to write how Hagrid talks so I'm just going to make it normalish sorry

A few days later everyone was back over at our house because we were all hanging out and talking when someone starting knocking aggressively on the door, I stood up to answer it when a hand pulled me back. I turned around to see it was Damon with a weird look in his eye, he just started shaking his head telling me not to answer.

"I will get it I don't like the sound of it and don't want you to get it."

He then stood up and went to the door slowly opening it everyone else in the room was watching to see what would happen. Then as the door was fully open I saw a huge tall man with a thick beard who didn't even fit in the doorway standing there with a grin on his face.

"Well ello there I'm Hagrid I'm looking for a Alicce Salveetor."

"umm that's me," I said walking towards him 

You should have seen everyone's face it was amazing 

"Ello I am here to take you to Diagon Alley for school supplies."

"Okay I will be there in one minute" he just nodded and I went to go grab some money set aside for school stuff "I'm back and ready."

"Hold on one second are we really just going to let her go by herself," asked Damon

"Well, she can bring someone if er liked to." 

"Damon you want to come with your more than welcome too." 

He just nodded and walked out the door with us waving to everyone.

"Ok well we're going to Diagon Alley so grab my arm and we can apparate warning it might feel a bit odd."

We both grabbed his arm and within seconds were moving so fast and being compressed it was crazy. Finally, we stopped spinning and me and Damon were both on the floor face down.

"Well sorry about that should have given ya a better warning."

"Ya think," I said for only Damon to here and he laughed slightly 

 We stood up then walked to a place called The Leaky Culldren which I had never heard of, then we started going in but Damon stopped us explaining nothing was there so I laughed and grabbed his arm and dragged him with me. Once we were inside I noticed it was a bar full of people in weird clothes staring at us the guy at the bar looked at Hagrid and asked him if he wanted a drink. Hagrid said no and we continued on to a wall in the back.

Hagrid then picked up his umbrella and tapped a few stones causing them to move and create an arc. We stepped through it and were surrounded by shops everywhere, there were things flying overhead and people everywhere dressed in robes.

"Welcome to Diagon Alley," Hagrid said while walking further " first we must go to Gringotts to exchange your money."

We then started walking towards a huge fancy building with the word Gringotts in huge letters on the front. Damon and I were still looking everywhere amazed by the sights. We then walked in to find a long hall filled with elf-like men towering high above everyone, Hagrid led us over to one of them then asked for my money.

I handed it to him then he gave it to the goblin I soon learned that's what they were. The goblin took the money then gave us a sack of gold coins. Hagrid grabbed it then handed it to me I took it and it was heavy why did they use just coins when cash was so much easier. 

"What's first on the list of what you need," beamed Hagrid.

"Umm, a wand I think."

"Well then we will go to Ollivander's of course"
