AS LIV WAS SLEEPING in one of the infirmary beds, a canine-sized creature explored the room. It checked under the other beds, the plants in the room, and the ledge near the window. As it strolled around the room, it knocked everything over, even a bed with its sleek black tail. Its big green eyes brought its attention to the girl in the bed, walking towards her. The creature thoroughly examined her, checking for any major injuries besides the scars he had seen so many times before. But before it could flip her over, a pink-haired boy opened the door. They both intensely stared at each other before the creature began to growl.

Natsu was puzzled by the situation and scratched his head as the small dragon began to show its teeth. He looked around the room to take a look at the damage that was done by the creature.

"It's okay, I'm not gonna hurt you," Natsu tried to reassure the creature. Natsu carefully got closer to the dragon, hoping that it wouldn't turn to run out the open window. The dragon spread its wings open before dashing out of the guild and took off flying into the city of magnolia.

Natsu decided that Liv was better off not knowing about it.

She finally woke up, however this time she was in a different room. Liv looked around to scan the new room and look for any possible escape, causing her to realize that she wasn't glued to the bed. She jumped out of her bed, heading towards the window. Glued shut.

She groaned, knowing that her only escape was through the door. Were there people outside? She held her ear against the door and listened for any footsteps. After not hearing anything for a while, she silently opened the door, well until the door made a loud CCCRREEEEEKKK!

She winced at the sound, it was similar to the sound of nails on a chalkboard. Liv quietly peeked her head out the door to see if anyone was coming after the loud noise. Silently, She put one foot in front of the other and walked down the hallway. She saw an open door, wondering if there was an open window she went in.

Her eyes widened as she saw the two familiar girls lay on beds. She looked back out the hallway to see if anyone was watching before she made her great escape. Liv slowly made her way towards the blonde, seeing how she was peacefully sleeping. She lightly skimmed her fingers against the bandages on her arms and chuckled.

"I could easily kill you, but I won't." She whispered to herself. She then looked at the younger girl. She was thin, innocent, and pretty- she reminded her of herself when she was younger. Her eyes softened when she began to think about her injuries and sighed. She looked out the window and then back at the two mages.

'I'm sorry' She thought before opening the window, admiring the horizon. She slung her right leg off of the edge to take a moment to look over the city. That's when she saw it.

In the distance, there was a girl who was watching her through the scope of her rifle. She made to change in her expression to avoid any suspicion. Then she heard a small noise coming from the hallway.

'It's a trap- a test' She thought. She let out a loud sight before swinging her legs back into the room. She took the seat in between the two beds where the girls laid. Liv knew that if she were to leave now, they could, easily track her down again. She had to convince them that she was worthy of their trust before getting back to her mission. She took a deep breath as she heard the footsteps coming from down the hallway, attempting to put her attention on generating power. As the footsteps got closer, she put her hands on the two girls surrounding them all with her white aura from before. Their hair suddenly flew up as the mage's wounds went away.

"What are you doing?" Said the mage that walked through the door. Liv's hair went back in its place, and her spell woke the girls up.

"How did you- How did you do that? What did you do?"
