The Emerald Winglet(Chapter 3)

       The next morning I stretched and got up sleepily. Blizzard was already up stretching. "Morning," He said coolly."Hi," I yawned.  I saw Hawk stretch and start walking out of the cave.
"C'mon Ocean we have our winglet meeting soon." He mumbled sleepily. "Okay," I answered. I followed them hardly thinking about what they said for I was still waking up.

When we entered the cave Clay was there smiling. "Come in, come in we are waiting for the other groups," Clay told us as we sat down. Then I heard footsteps coming from outside the cave. A Mudwing and Nightwing walked in. "Hi," The Mudwing said shyly. The Nightwing nodded to us. A few seconds later a Pale Purple Rainwing and Sandwing came in. "Alright, why don't we introduce ourselves and say something about us." Clay told us."Ocean, want to go first?" "Erm, I am Ocean and I like scrolls, my favorite color is green, and my favorite food is salmon. I finished. "Cacti you next" Clay nodded toward the sandwing. "Hi" He started "I am Cacti, I like drawing, my favorite color is orange, and my favorite food is a roasted camel."He told us. Clay looked expectantly at the Nightwing. "I am DestinySpeaker, my favorite color is purple, and my favorite food is pineapples."

Then once everyone introduced themselves we went hunting me and Blizzard caught some fish. Then we were bringing our prey back when Melon yelped.

"What is it?" asked Cacti who had a pigeon in his talons. "I found this -this thing." She said. Everyone came over for a look. It locked like a shiny cylinder.  It looked like it was made of emeralds,rubies, and gold."Let's bring it over to the academy and see what Starflight says about it." Clay said. Everyone leaned over to pick it up, when they touched it their vision went black and when they can see again the ground started to shake. Ocean let out a cry of surprise. She watched in horror as a seawing emerged. She knew this seawing. She read about it. This was the murderer of the royal seawing massacre. This is Albatross.
