About 5 seconds after we left, we landed in what looked like a train station, but there was nothing special about it. I mean I guess I wasn't expecting anything grand but a little more than this at least.

"Well, we're almost there we just got to go to platform 9 3/4 which is straight ahead," said Hagrid

"But there is no such as a platform that has 3/4"

"Well of course there is," he said pointing to a wall

I just gave him the are you insane look

"You just run through this here wall and we will be on the platform"

"Are you serious is this a prank that my brothers made up just to watch me run into a wall"

"well no its the entrance," he said back

"okay well then can you go first and I will follow," I asked

"Sure thing right this way," and with that, he went through the wall like there was nothing there.

I just sat there shocked for a moment because I still thought it was a joke but I just shook my head and ran through. I was now somewhere different and as I rounded the corner I saw a huge bright red train and tons of people standing around or getting on the train.

"Well this here is the Hogwarts Express witch will take you to the school, just put your truck there and you can head on to the train"

"Okay thank you Hagrid and I guess I will see you later," I said walking away

I walked on the train to see kids walking and filling into compartments and saying hi to old friends. I finally found an empty one and sat down. A few minutes later there was a knock on the door and a girl with bright red hair standing there.

"Do you mind if we sit everywhere else is full," said the red-haired girl

"oh, yea have a seat," I said sending a small smile which she soon returned

"I'm lily and this is Severus," she said gesturing to the boy behind her, "were both in 4th year"

"Hi I'm Alice it's nice to meet you both"

After talking for a little bit we were all interrupted by someone opening the door, "Well there you are my lily-flower I was looking for you," said the new boy

"well you found me," she said rolling her eyes and crossing her arms

"You don't look happy to see me love, I know you missed me," he said while plastering a cocky smile on his face earning another eye roll from both Severus and Lily which caused me to let out a little chuckle.

"And who might you be," said the boy now looking at me, I soon got an idea and winked at Sev and Lily which the boy didn't see it was basically to tell them to follow along.

"Wait you can see me," I said with a little shocked expression causing small giggles to be heard from across her.

"What do you mean, of course, I can see you," he said taken aback a bit

"Umm Potter who are you talking to," Lily said with a worried expression

"I-- I'm talking to the girl sitting right there," he said while pointing

"There is no one there are you okay," said Lily

"Yes there is right there," he said at kind of a yell

"They can't see me, You're not supposed to be able to see me," I said

"umm"

"If you can see me then that means you can join me, we can go to the others now, don't worry I won't hurt you but I can't make promises for the master," I said in a creepy voice making creepy eyes. I stood and started walking towards him while holding out my hand, "come join me we can be a family and stay together forever and ever and ever"

"uh-- nooo-oo- tha-tank you," he said as he turned and ran

As soon as he was out of earshot I started laughing hysterically and was soon joined by Lily and Sev

"That was amazing, I have never seen him that scared, you are now my new best friend," said Lily while still doubled over in laughter

"I like you, I can tell will get along," said sev

"Why thank you, thank you," I said doing fake bows

The rest of the way we just laughed and talked until it was time to get off

"I think because I'm new I go with the first years so I will see you guys there," I said walking toward Hagrid

"Okay see you," Lily responded

I walked over to Hagrid and he gave me a warm smile and told me to get in one of the boats. I did as I was told and got in and started my new journey. After getting off the boats we were led up some stairs to be welcomed by Professor McGonagall who explained getting sorted and other things.

Soon big doors opened and we were being led up to the front of what looked like an extremely fancy cafeteria. We stopped at the front and McGonagall started calling up names I was last.

"Alice Salvatore"

As soon as I heard that I walked up like the other had done

"Are you ready to be sorted into your house?" She asked with a smile

"I guess so," I said as she put an old hat on my head.
