first Day Of School

(Mom of Kodie) wake up cmon your gonna be late I know you heard that damn alarm

I get up not wanting my mother to Say anything else to me I go to take a shower & do the rest of my my morning stuff then get dressed picking out a black Nike shirt with white writing, some ripped up jeans and my high top uptowns and hair in a bun I look pretty good
When I was done i go down stairs to the kitchen.

Kodie// I guess my mom wasn't too lazy to curse me out but too lazy to cook me food smh

I grab a orange and head to my car I have a range rover I got it for my sixteen birthday instead of having a party because I knew I was prolly gonna have to wear a dress and I wasn't having that so i asked for a car only instead
Anyway I pull up in the drive way at school and in my rearview mirror I see tay my ex standing in front of the school and I knew why, I rolled my eyes and headed for the entrance

Tay/ Hey Kodie um can I talk to you I was kinda waiting for you

Kodie// hi bye I'm late gotta go

Tay/ but its early (watching Kodie walk right past her)

Ugg that was close and I said the a little to late because here comes shaniah with some girl, she looks familiar but she type cute

Shaniah/ Hey Kodie with a koolaid smile

Yall probably wondering why I don't wanna see her and we currently talk on the low that's the whole thing I don't wanna be on the low I hid my sexuality for a long time and now everybody knows and I'm finally in a good place all to be in the closet again I'm only doing this for her because she's not ready or she's tryna determine if shes even like that and I get it but its frustrating
