The next day, much to Wooyoung's surprise, San sat right next to him in the first period.

Hongjoong and Seonghwa wanted San to stay away from Wooyoung. So San was going to do the complete opposite because the words "mindful" and "safe" just weren't in his vocabulary.

The younger boy fiddled anxiously, waiting for some sort of reaction from San, yet all he did was get his books out. "S-San...about yesterday, I'm really so-"

"Save it," Wooyoung flinched. San had grabbed his chin, gently pulling it in his direction. "We should hang out this weekend."

Wooyoung felt his face turn red. San noticed this and cooed. "Aww Woo~" he teased. "You were so bold yesterday. What happened, love?"

"L-Love?" San couldn't help but smirk at how flustered the boy was. He may not be a demon of seduction, but he'd been around enough to pick up a few tricks.

"Careful with him Wooyoung, he might take your soul." A student snickered from behind. San and Wooyoung turned around to see a boy with light brown hair and eyes to match. He was a freshman no doubt.

"What are you on about now Jongho?" Wooyoung groaned. Jongho arched his brow and smirked.

"You don't know?" He gawked, walking down to their level. "This kid is some sort of demon." San furrowed his brow at the boy. This must be the Jongho that the delinquent was talking about. "I saw him do his freaky stuff first hand."

Wooyoung scoffed at this accusation. He stood to his feet with his arms crossed and eyes glaring at the freshman. "Is this your way of looking for attention Jongho?" He spat. "I get that you don't get a lot of it at the orphanage, but there's no need to be so extra. Just because he has a dark aesthetic doesn't mean he's a goddamn demon!"

"Well aren't you two just perfect for each other." Jongho said sarcastically. "We all know what you do for extra money. How fitting that you end up with a freak like that, you whore!"

At that, San snapped. He stood as well, nearly lunging for the boy had it not been for the teacher telling them to take their seats. That didn't stop him from glaring at him through the entirety of class though and thinking of all the ways he wanted to tear through him for upsetting Wooyoung.

"San, calm down," Wooyoung whispered once he noticed what his friend was doing. "People say stuff like that all the time. I'm used to it."

"I don't care!" San whisper shouted as not to gain the attention of the teacher. "You're not some whore!" Wooyoung nearly smiled at his defense but looked down instead.

"He's right though," he whispered. Wooyoung hung his head in shame. "I told you, my dad's not around. My mom and I don't have proper financial support. So I...I..." San noticed the tears start to build up in the younger's eyes and quickly asked that they be excused.

San ushered Wooyoung to a vacant hallway, telling him to calm down before he spoke. After a few moments, Wooyoung began to wipe away his tears. "I'm fine."

"Are you sure?" Wooyoung nodded, giving San a small smile to prove it.

"San I...I sell my body for money..."

"W-What!?" San exclaimed. Wooyoung once again glanced away with shame. He knew he'd have this sort of reaction. San was going to avoid him now, call him things like a slut, he was never going to think of him the same again-

The blonde's thoughts were cut off as San wrapped Wooyoung in a hug. "Wooyoung, it's okay." He said earnestly. "I'm here for you." Wooyoung found himself crying once again. He hugged San back, embracing himself in the older's strong arms.
