A BIG HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY HELLO FROM DOWN UNDER haha
Here is the next Books cover haha. Honestly I love it haha its my favourite out of the lot.

Here is the last instalment in this Book haha but have no fear the first chapter of the next Book "Eternal Love" should be up soon.

I pulled into my long drive way, it had been ages since I had been here, Brooks and I do a lot of the work over the phone so I can still study. I have exams next week, so I have all kinds of stuff running through my head.
I pulled up out side of the house and saw a familiar face come out.
I turned off my car and got out.
"Howdy," I said typing my hat, really holding on to my fading accent.
"Haha hey Miss Audrey," said Brooks coming over and pulling me into a tight hug, reminding me of when I left, though these were happier situations, I was here for Sarah and Joes wedding. It only took them 2 years to get themselves organised.
I was only here for three days, well a full day and two half days, I have to get back.
Brooks released me from the long hug.
Brooks and I had mended the awkwardness between us not long after I left. So things were pretty much back the way they were.
I got up on my tippy toes and pecked his lips, "Where should I put my stuff?"
"I'll take it," he said with that smile.
"Um, my 20 year old body can handle my one small bag thank you very much."
Brooks picked me up from behind and swung me over his shoulder, "Haha I've missed you darlin, all that sass and stubbornness, it gets lonely out here."
I just huffed, falling defeated, I hung limply over his shoulder as He carried me to my room. We walked in to what I though was my old room and he threw me on the bed along with my bag. I looked around.
"This isn't my room, ya numbskull!" I said as he turned and walked out.
He poked his big head back in the door way, "I'll be down stairs cooking dinner."
"Cheeky barsted," I murmured under my breath,
I just heard a laugh as he walked down the hall.

I looked at the time. 7:30, damn it's been a long day.
I went down stairs for tea after I found my room. I must admit I did get lost in this small house. I sat down at the little table and waited for Brooks. He soon came out with two plates with steak and three veg. I licked my lips. I hadn't has this kind of food in since forever.

Brooks came over to my side of the table and place my plate down in front of me and I dug in.
"This is real good Brooks, where did you learn to cook like this?" I asked.
"Um well a bloke gets pretty hungry haha, so i tend to fend for myself," He said before he turned back to his tea.
"Haha you cant be to lonely, you've got all those girls out in the paddock," I said and food bursted out of his mouth and he suddenly looked guilty.
"Wha- pfft," he said quickly avoiding my stare.
"I meant the cows and heifers, genius. What did you think I was talking about?" I asked clinically.
"Nothing," he said going back to his dinner.
It clicked, surprisingly I wasn't angry, just frustrated "Why Brooks?"
"Why what Aud?" He asked looking all innocent.
"Brooks I ain't stupid, why did you cheat on me?" I asked giving up.
He stood up abruptly, "Im sorry Audrey! But you left me here by myself! A man gets lonely!"
I just kept seated waiting for his little vent to pass before I spoke, "Im... I cant do this, not knowing if I can trust you on your own, Brooks. We are done. You can still manage this property because I promised you, and I still think of you as a friend," I said in the most calmest voice, before getting up and walking quietly to my room, before locking my door and crying myself to sleep.

It was silent at breakfast before we were headed off to prep for the wedding. I wasn't in the bridle party over much protest on my part. I didn't need to be on the party, just to the disappointment of Joes views.

I stayed in my room pretty much the whole day until it was time for get ready. I couldn't look at him.
I did my makeup and put on my white knee length dress, brown belt and Boots. I looked down at my legs. The scars were really noticeable so I decided to cover them with make up and stockings the best I could.

I walked out the door and jumped in my Ford before tearing down the drive, kicking up dust as I headed for the gate. I got to the church and jumped out and went to mingle. I found Hayley and I almost cried looking at her swollen stomach.
"Hayley!" I said running over to her.
"Audrey!" she screamed back pulling me in for a hug, though her stomach getting in the road.
"Your pregnant! Ah I'm so excited!!" I said jumping up and down.
"Hahaha I know!" she said back excitedly, "And in a few years you and Brooks will get married and have kids."
I stopped jumping, "Yeah, I don't think thats gonna happen."
She stopped jumping around, "What did that son of a, do this time," she threatened.
I lowered my head, "I don't wanna talk bout it."
She took it but she said one more thing before we went into the church, "Im goons fix this," and my only though was oh no.

The ceremony was beautiful and I cried like the big sook that I am, then we headed for the reception.

I caught up with a few people as we sat down for tea. Brooks was sadly at my table but I refused to look at him. We did discuss stuff for the farm and such like pumps and breeder numbers. Soon their was speeches and Joes speech was epic to say the least. That was followed by the first dance which was danced to I don't Dance by Lee Brice.
I was soon dragged out to the dance floor by Hayley and the song that came on was Honky Tonk Groupie by Cody Prevost.

There was money on the bar so I may have had a little more to drink than I should have. I haven't drank in like forever and I just wanted to get a certain someone off my mind for a little while. I was over at the bar when Hayley dragged me over to the person I least wanted to see.
"What?" I asked Hayley.
"Kiss," was all she said.
I gave her a questionable look but before I could say anything I was cut off by Brooks lips on mine.
"OH the things that bring me down feel good!" the music blared and I surprised my self by not punching him but kissing back.
