RWBY x Gear (Velvet x Reader)

Ch 15 Class Dismissed

Y/N and Hunter were awaiting for all of their students to arrive for class. They were outside of Beacon to avoid some possible mishaps. As they arrived slowly Y/N awaited for Velvet.

Hunter: (lightly hits you) Hey.

Y/N: Yeah?

Hunter: There's your Velvet.

Walking up to Velvet you took off your helmet before staring at Velvet.

Velvet: H-Hi Y/N. Can you come with me?

Y/N: Class hasn't started yet so yeah.

Following Velvet you wave hi to Ruby and her teammates as they passed by. A bit later into the walk you spot Coco, upon seeing you she pulled down her sunglasses before returning them to its original position.

Coco: Glad you can make it. Listen, I have to make this quick.

Y/N: What is it?

Coco: Go on Velvet.

Velvet: What?! What about the plan?

Coco: Change of plans. I think it would be appropriate if you did it.

You see how Velvet started to become timid as she visibly squirm under the sudden pressure. Calming down Velvet spoke.

Velvet: Y/N.

Y/N: Yeah?

Velvet: Remember how I said I had a great time yesterday?

Y/N: Yes.

Velvet: Coco.

Coco: No, you have to do this. Y/N did ask you out.

Velvet: Okay okay. Are we together now?

Y/N: I thought we were. You wanted to go on a date and I wanted also so... are we not?

Coco: See it wasn't so hard. Now I have to go. Have fun you two.

Velvet's face flushed a crimson red as almost immediately she knew what Coco meant but before she could say anything you kissed her.

Y/N: Hunter told Yang and Ruby. They said I should do that and Yang told me to give you this thing.

Velvet: (looks at the seal) What's this? Why does it have a seal?

Y/N: (sighs) Yang told me to tell you it's her seal of approval. Get it?

Velvet: Ohhh because of the seal.

Y/N: (checks time) Ugh, the class is about to start.

Walking back Velvet decided to try out some small talk as she did not have the courage to try out continuing the chat from before as she used it all up in that one question

Velvet: What is it going to be about?

Y/N: Just a continuation but with a twist. You all will learn a bit more about me.

Velvet: In a good or bad way?

Y/N: I did what I had to do.

Yang smirk seeing you and Velvet returning from the little walk. Walking to the front of the group Hunter gave you a pat on the back.

Hunter: Y'all may be wondering where's Anthony.

There was a small agreement between all the students that they did wonder where.

Hunter: Well we had to play rock paper and scissors and he lost.

Pyrrha: What does that have to do with his absence?
