Chapter Nineteen
Jamie found out that Enny saw what happened and found her house to try and apologize to her.
“Hey Enny.”
“What are you doing here?”
“I'm sorry about what happened in France the other time. It was a misunderstanding, Zoe made me kiss her-”
“It doesn’t matter.” Enny said as she closed the door on Jamie. She didn't even let him in or let him finish explaining.
“Wait!” Jamie said but the door was shut on him and he sadly went away.
Enny was too upset.
In France, Enny's school starts September 14th but in Canada school starts September 5th.
Enny goes with Sasha to school to say goodbye to Jamie and Sasha and that's how Jamie finds out that Enny isn't going to stay in Canada for high school, he was really sad.
On her way out of the school, she sees Zoe.
“I didn't know you went here Zoe.” Enny started.
“Does it matter to you?” Zoe answered.
“...Well I wanted to say good bye, I'm going to France to school there.” Enny said.
“I don't care Enny. Just go and please don't come back ugh.” Zoe said all sassy and walked away.
Enny was shocked on how Zoe acted to her, she thought they were friends.
Now she could understand why Jamie would say that Zoe made him kiss her. She needed to see Jamie and listen to his own side of what happened but her mother called her and reminded her that if she didn't leave now she will miss her flight. She had to go.
Enny knew she had to settle things with Jamie and of course Adam, her best friend. Jamie also knew he had to tell Enny all that happened.
