Zalina grinned. "Can I show her to her room?"

Queen Angelica nodded. "Yes. You may show her to her room. Enna, come with me to the dining area. We will talk about the quest."

Enna and Queen Angelica strode off to a door on the side, leaving Zalina and Alyssa alone.

"Quest? What quest?" Alyssa asked.

"We'll talk about that later. For now, let's take you to your room." Zalina replied.

                                                                  * * *

Zalina and Alyssa walked up the stairs on top of the door Enna and Queen Angelica walked in. Three doors were upstairs. They were golden doors. The one on the two sides had the names of Enna and Zalina. The one in the middle didn't have any name on the top.

"This one's yours." Zalina walked up to the one in the middle, the one with no name. She turned the doorknob.

The two of them walked in, there the walls were lined with gold, a royal golden bed was in the middle. The floor was made of marble. There was a brown closet next to the royal bed. Alyssa stared at everything in awe. "I'm sleeping here?"

"Well, yeah. You're a lost princess now. Of course, you will!" Zalina rolled her eyes.

Alyssa didn't answer for a few moments. Then, she thought of a question to ask.

"Why are we called lost princesses?" Alyssa asked, though she thought it seemed like a stupid question. But Zalina didn't think so.

"Um," Zalina said. "I think we're called that because at first, they didn't know the four forces had any children. So afterwards, the people in the countries of what our parents rule over wonder who's gonna rule over that country when they are gone. But they never knew we existed, then Queen Angelica heard of Enna."

"Oh, okay," Alyssa replied, standing up to explore her room.

Still, even though Queen Angelica already told her that she was a lost princess, she was still skeptical and could not believe it. She did not even expect to be a lost princess. It was very rare to be one. In fact, she heard that lost princesses had to stay in the Golden Kingdom forever, which meant she'd never have to go back home and face her mom again.

"Let's head down for breakfast. I bet you're really hungry." Zalina said.

"Yeah, you're right."

The two of them headed downstairs and went inside the door Enna and Queen Angelica walked into. Of course, the walls were also gold.

A long table was in the middle with 4 chairs, three on the right, one on the left. Queen Angelica sat on the one on the left. Enna sat in the middle on the right. She and Queen Angelica were talking about something. They had finished eating.

A basket full of fruits was in the middle of the table.

Finally, Queen Angelica noticed them standing.

"Oh, are you two hungry?" Queen Angelica asked them.

Zalina and Alyssa nodded.

"Okay, wait here. Our chefs are still cooking your breakfast. Sit down with us for a while."

Zalina and Alyssa sat beside Enna.

"Are we gonna talk about the quest?" Zalina asked.

Quest. There it is again. Alyssa's first day here, yet everyone is talking about some quest Alyssa has no idea about.

"Actually," The Queen replied. "As I've said, you'll be doing it with Alyssa." She turned to Alyssa. "I know it's your first day here, but you'll have to do this quest for me."

Alyssa frowned. She'd do that quest for her? She barely knows Queen Angelica. Sure, she's read a lot of books about her. But has not met her personally.

The waiters came with trays in their hands. They had roasted chicken, some drinks, and more food the royals would love.

Breakfast was also great. Alyssa was basically craving everything. Finally, she finished her breakfast.

"Alright," Alyssa said. "We were gonna talk about some quest, right?"

The Queen nodded. "Yes. It's about my crown. It's been missing for 3 days now."

Alyssa frowned. "Have you searched everywhere in the castle?"

"Yes, I have. But it was nowhere to be seen." She turned to Enna and Zalina."You two will be doing the quest with her. Your quest is to find my crown."
