I don't even know why I'm at this party.

I could be doing something that's actually worth my time, like playing video games, working on my animal crossing island. But according to Mahiru, I need to "socialize more" and "get new hobbies." Like girl, mind your business.

But, here i am. Sitting on a couch, drinking punch, and on my phone in the middle of a party. The whole house was decorated in ribbons and balloons all sorts of colors. In fact, it was decorated so much, you would think it was someones birthday or something. But nope, just a bunch of teens getting together for no reason.

I was getting up to go home (since there is absolutely NOTHING to do here) when I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around and was met face to face with nobody but the party girl herself.

"Are you really leaving now chiaki?" Kaede said with a frown on her face. Her hair was styled in half up pigtails while she herself was wearing a black and red corset dress that had lots of volume at the bottom and went up to right above her knees. She had on laces black gloves with fishnet tights on her legs and spider web silver earrings that could be noticed from a mile away. She was also a bit taller than usual, since she was wearing platform ankle boots. As for her makeup, it was very natural. She was wearing a little bit of foundation with faint black eye shadow, so faint that you have to get really close to even see it, along with some eyeliner and black lipstick.

Even though she might annoy me a lot, I've gotta to admit, she doesn't look bad at all.

"Well, I am getting bored," I said with a tired face. "So that is what I was planning to do."

"Your not gonna stay for spin the bottle?" Kaede asked, suprised in a way. "I mean, I knew your were boring but I didn't know you were THAT boring."

The only thing that's boring here is this party.

"Why do you want me to stay so bad Kaede?" I asked. "Can you just let me go?"

"Aww come on pleaseee?" She asked with the most annoying tone that I ever heard. "Plus, Sonia's gonna be there. You're not gonna be a wimp are you?"

I blushed when she mentioned Sonia. I have no idea why I told her about my crush on Sonia knowing that she probably wont be able to keep her mouth shut. Me and Sonia have been friends ever since we were kids. I don't want my childhood friend to think any different of me. I mean, she already knows I like girls but, if she rejects me it would just be awkward. I don't want to ruin our relationship.

I thought about it for a bit before saying yes to Kaede's proposal. Her face lit up and got all excited.

"Alright, then lets go!"

She grabbed my hand and dragged me all the way upstairs to a room, where I was met with everyone else. Everyone was either on their phone, talking to their friends, or just waiting patiently for the game to start.
