Burning Blue Leaf Shinobi

Chapter 15

It's been a few days since Y/N got back to the village as he trained on his own. With Tsunade back in the village, things have been a bit hectic with everyone going on missions. Despite Y/N and Karin not being on a team, Tsunade sent the two of them out on various missions ranging from simple errands to the more dangerous ones. Each mission they completed, they went out on more missions with Y/N doubling the missions Karin went on. With the number of missions he went on, he was placed into the bingo book with the name known as the Blue Tiger of the Leaf, since he uses blue flames in his Fire Style Jutsus.

On one mission Y/N was on, he was assigned to eliminate a drug lord that has been gathered far too much power. He track the intel to a small town close to Land of Woods called Kuromoto which was located southeast of the Hidden Leaf Village. Upon arriving at the town, he changed his appearance to blend to gather more intel than he can. Luckily he was able to gather some more information however it was all mixed with rumors and lies. Once he got enough information, he decided to leave the town and set it up at a vantage point that had a full view of the town.

He reached into his pouch as he pulled out a small snack he bought while he was in town. After opening the bag, he started to eat his snack while watching the town as he pulled out the file on his target.

Y/N: Muroma Ashijiro. Age 36. Form the Land of Water.

Matatabi: Better be careful. Who knows how many goons he has working for him.

Y/N continued to read the file as he looked at the town.

Y/N: Another prey to hunt. How many does that make?

Matatabi: As of right now? I would say about fifty or so.

Y/N: Fifty huh. Said as he ate his snack. Thought it would be more.

Matatabi: If we're talking about how many goons and shinobi you killed, then yes. That would be around two hundred or so. Most of those numbers were from the little skirmish on your last mission.

Y/N: Too weak opponents. Didn't have much fun with fighting them.

Matatabi: Even the weakest prey can be quite fierce when back into a corner.

Y/N nodded in agreement. The sunset off in the distance as the mood of the town slowly changed. Once the sun fully set, several goons carrying various weapons and wearing various clothing started to patrol the town. Staying in his spot, he quickly formed multiple hand signs as he ended with the tiger hand sign.

Y/N: Fire Style: Multi Flame Cub Jutsu.

Multiple fire tiger cubs appeared around him as they quickly dashed off to the town. He stuck his finger into the ground as he closed his eyes. This new jutsu allowed him to see what the flame tiger cubs saw from multiple angels. With each of the tiger cubs prowling around the village, they gave him plenty of information as they tried to find the target. One of the cubs noticed an odd doorway located in an old building that had an odd shine from it. The cub snuck his way inside the doorway and slowly crept down the hallway.

Y/N: Wonder what they have in this building?

The other cubs vanished as his vision was from the perspective of the tiger cub that found the hidden doorway. As the cub walked down the hallway, he found a stairwell leading down. After going down the flight of stairs, it lead to a massive underground basement. Once there, it leaped to the rafters, the view it gave Y/N the best view seeing a rather large supply of drugs, weapons, and various things. With a large amount of supplies, a large number of guards was present, double what he expected.

Y/N: A lot more than expected.
