The female voice laugh, " Oh Tomura can we all act like we have a purpose in this world, I know a lot about the league of villains. I'm called the blue Kitsune after all, so don't think I can't kill you with out putting up a fight. In exchange for me joining the league I can revel secrets that were never suppose to be found. Change DNA strands, after all I make my victims suffer before I kill them. And if I tell you how I do it, it wouldn't be satisfying anymore. So what to you say Shigaraki would you let me join the league?"
