Chapter Three
The next few days it felt like I was alone. I kept having the same dream over and over again. The strange thing is that in History class I was actually interested in what we were learning. I just kept firing out questions. The teacher was very impressed.
After school I walked home by myself missing Austin. I wondered what he was doing. He texted me later that night.
“Hey I was wondering if I could see you tonight”
Since my mom didn't care where I went. (Only if I was with Austin) I texted him back, “Hey mom said I could go so where do you want to meet at?”
“Well I was thinking at your favorite restaurant.......if that's okay with you????:)”
“Okay I'll meet you there in about twenty minutes!!!:)”
So I went put on skinnies and a tank. Asked my mom if I could borrow the car and left.
I pulled up, got out of the car, and walked inside Tong Fong Lows(i really like Chinese food). Austin looked at me funny when I walked inside. I walked over to the table he was at and sat down.
“Hey I wanted to talk to you about what happened last week.” Austin said.
“Austin let me just tell you something.... I lied when I said I didn't have feelings for you!! It's been eating me up inside to keep it from you!!! I LOVE YOU AUSTIN!!!!” I told him.
“W-what are you talking about? Do you really love me? I can't believe it, finally it feels so right to hear those words come out of your mouth!!” Austin said. Then all of the sudden Austin started to lean in. I looked at him and then I leaned in also. Then are mouths touched. It was a sensational feeling, my first kiss EVER!!! It was the best feeling in the world.
“OMG dude what did we just do?!?!?!?!? I hope this doesn't mess up our friendship Jess.” Austin said.
“It won't. Don't worry Austin, I wouldn't risk anything to ruin our friendship!!!” I said reassuringly.
The next few went back normal. Austin walked me to every class and home everyday.
“Sooooo how was your date with AUSTINNNNNN?????” Asked Kelly wiggling her eyebrows.
“Well he was soooo sweet, I just don't ever want to lose him. He's just so precious to me.” I said like I was five.
“Well if you break his heart I'll come after you. I'll get all ghetto.”Maddy (Austin's younger sister) said wiggling her sharp fingernails.
“Well I wasn't planning on it but now that you said something-” She cut me off.
“I swear if you hurt him I will murder you with these finger nails.” She said seriously. Everyone started laughing at how she said that.
Everyone went home and I changed into my usual pajamas. I instantly fell asleep.
I'm standing on a beach in Boston. I turn to look at the tree line. Then all of a sudden I see someone walk out of the shadows of the trees. For some reason its Austin. I look around but all I see is the tree line were Austin came out. Then all I know is that I'm being picked up and then-
I wake up and I'm laying on the floor in a pile of pillows and blankets. I have sweat running down my face. I feel my forehead and it's freezing cold. I walk out of my room to my kitchen to get a drink and that's when I see it.
