"What about Ryujin? Does she matter to you?"

"Of course she does, she's my daughter."

"No. She's not. Not anymore. You are nothing but a scumbag."

"Nayeon." Jeongyeon held my shoulder. "Please calm down."

"How can I? Most of my life has been a lie since you died!" I tried to sound angry but I was starting to cry. "I was happy when I was with San, he made me happy when you were gone." My voice cracked. "But know I know San is just a liar."

"Nayeon.." San said.

I yelled at him, "Shut up! Don't talk to me! I don't want to see you ever again!"

It was then silent. You could feel the tension in the room.

San sighed again, "I'll leave now." He stood up and made his way to the door. The door opened and he stood at the doorway. "I still care for you Nayeon, as well as Ryujin." He paused. "Ryujin is in another room. Don't worry about her. I'm taking care of her."

That was the last thing he said before the door closed. The noise of the door echoed in the room. That's when I broke out in tears. I curled into a ball on the ground and whipped my tears. I sniffled every 10 seconds. I don't know what to do.

I felt a pair of arms wrap around me.

"Come to the bed, you can cry on my shoulder." Jeongyeon said softly. It reminded me of the time when we were dating. She was always there for me.

I looked up and sat on the bed. Jeongyeon wrapped her arms around me and I wrapped my arms around her. I laid my face on her left shoulder as I cried.

"S-sorry I'm getting your c-clothes wet." I said, sniffling.

"That doesn't matter. I only care about you now."

3rd Person POV

Jeongyeon held Nayeon as she cried her heart out. She did feel bad for the older girl but didn't know how to help her. She was still trying to process everything that was happening.

All that Jeongyeon could do was to be with Nayeon when she needs her the most.

Soon Nayeon fell fast asleep. Her body laid on Jeongyeon's body. Jeongyeon was still sitting and wanted to move so Nayeon could sleep better.

So slowly Jeongyeon changed her position so she was laying on the bed. She gently moved Nayeon so she could lay beside her.

They both just woke up but Nayeon has already fallen asleep. They don't know what time it is or what day it is.

Jeongyeon hopes that Momo and Heechul notice they are gone. But even if they did, they can never find Jeongyeon and Nayeon.

It was hopeless for them. All they could do was wait.

Jeongyeon tried to sleep but it was also hopeless. Beside her she would feel Nayeon's warm breath brush on her shoulder. She looked at the sleeping bunny. Her eyes were red as a tomato from all the crying.

Even though all the pain she experienced, Nayeon looked peaceful while sleeping. It was nice to be with Nayeon again for Jeongyeon.

About a minute later, Jeongyeon heard the door to the room open. Her back was facing the door so she turned around without waking Nayeon up.

"San."

"Do you mind?" His head poked around the doorway and looked at Jeongyeon.

"No."

"Thank you." He quietly walked into the room, closing the door behind him. "I just want to talk."

"Yeah that's fine."

San sat on the floor in front of Jeongyeon, "I would talk to you in private but." He pointed to the handcuff attached to the girl. "That."

"What do you want to talk about?"

"Everything I guess." San continued, "I'm sorry that I was so mean to you, also sorry about lying to you."

"It's ok. I understand."

"Really?" San said brightly.

"No."

"Oh." He looked down.

"But I do forgive you."

"Thanks. The reason why I was so mean to you was because my boss would find out you were alive and he would hurt you and Nayeon. Even Ryujin. I was stressed, I didn't want you guys to get hurt."

"Yeah, the letter you wrote seemed truthful. Thank you for trying to help us anyways." Jeongyeon said.

"I don't know what Jaehyun and my boss is gonna do to you. I was only assigned to watch over Nayeon to get more information about you. It all went downhill after finding out Ryujin had your powers too." San said, whispering the last sentence.

"Why was Jaehyun hired? Wasn't he in jail?"

"He was, but then my boss hired him. He treats Jaehyun better than he treats me and I've been working for years while Jaehyun has been working for about 2 months."

"Can you help us escape?" Jeongyeon asked.

"I can't. If my boss knew, I would be killed and if he finds you, I don't know what kind of torture you would get."

"There has to be some way though."

"I'm sorry but I can't help. All I can do is give you some information. I don't want anyone to get hurt."

"Please. Just Nayeon and Ryujin. Just help them escape. Leave me behind."

"No. No one is leaving."

"Why!?" Jeongyeon was desperate.

"I don't want them to hurt Wooyoung!" San yelled back at her.

There was silence in the room for a few seconds. You could feel the sudden tension in the area with the two people. This happened while Nayeon was still sleeping.

"W-who's Wooyoung?" She hesitantly asked San.

San stood up and started to walk to the door. "Just forget what I said." He said quietly but Jeongyeon was able to hear it.

"Wait! I'm sorry! Don't leave." She pleaded but San didn't respond.

San opened the door and left the room.

Jeongyeon sighed, laying back down on the bed.

"Who's Wooyoung?" She asked herself. "Does Nayeon know who that is?" "This is complicated." "Might as well go to sleep. Wait till someone wakes me up."

She closed her eyes and turned her body to a more comfortable position. Slowly falling to sleep.

Sorry for being inactive for a long time. I haven't written many chapters in a while and the ones I've posted were ones that I wrote a long time ago.

Some notes,

For this ff please don't hate on Jaehyun and San or any other bad guys that might appear in the story. Don't hate on the actual idols that I used their names, NCT Jaehyun and ATEEZ San. They are very precious babies.

Happy late Birthday to Jeongyeon and Momo. I hope Jeongyeon gets better soon with her neck and her anxiety.

Also I hope Jihyo and Daniel are on good terms after breaking up. When I heard the news I was so sad. They seemed like they were such a good couple even though we never saw any interactions between them.
