Summary: Sky's trying to calm down. He really is. But whenever he closes his eyes, he keeps getting assaulted with the image of Ace backed up against the gym's shower wall, wrists twisted behind his back with the trainer pressed up against him. Sky's overprotective streak had gone haywire and he's acting like an idiot, treating everyone as a threat, but there's no dousing the fury within.
Fuck! He really wants to break something.

From the short car ride, to taking the elevator and arriving at Ace's personal office space, Sky has largely resembled a rabid canine baring teeth at anyone who so much as glances Ace's way.
He's trying to calm down.
Fuck!
"Sky. Let it go, okay? It's been dealt with. I don't want to think about it anymore." Ace entreats him for what feels like the umpteenth time, hands trailing up and down his arms soothingly before motioning for him to take a seat.
Sky parks one buttcheek on the nearby long table's edge, probably like a brat, arms crossed over his chest as he tries to gain some measure of control over the powerful urge to break something.
"Let's focus on work instead, hmm?" Ace walks over to the filing cabinets. He pulls one drawer open and starts sorting through folders.
If only it was that easy to let go, Sky laments. He felt how violently Ace trembled in his arms directly after what happened and every molecule in his body still hasn't stopped screaming that he break the concrete floor using the bastard's face who dared to force himself on his boyfriend.
Sky takes a swig of Locally- which Ace bought for him to calm him down but it ain't working shit- and counts one to ten in his head.
Okay. Go to your happy place, Sky. Ace, naked on your bed, all pale skin, luscious lips and flushed cheeks with those dark eyes begging for- the image disappears all too fast, rudely replaced by the coach's ugly mug and Sky fantasizes wringing the smug bastard's neck while-
"Found it." A pause. Then a tentative, "Sky?"
Sky blinks to find Ace standing directly in between his spread legs, hands full with folders, looking concerned. There's a red mark on Ace's neck that isn't his doing and the fury within him spikes into an inferno. Dammit! Sky mentally clears his head. He musn't let the storm brewing inside him manifest. He might end up taking out his frustrations on Ace and upsetting him further is the last thing he wants to do.
Forcing himself to relax, he sends Ace a smile that he hopes doesn't look too fake. He puts the soda can down and palms Ace's cheeks before leaning in to kiss him on the forehead. "You need any help?"
Ace shakes his head. "Where did you go?" He asks. "You had that faraway look just now. Are you-"
"I'm fine baby." Sky tells him and pulls away far enough to duck down and claim his lips in a chaste kiss. "I'm more worried about you." He points out as soon as they part. "Are you sure you're okay?"
