Mandarake was an absolute blast, by far one of my favorite experiences. We went around pretty much the whole store, geeking out over every little piece of merch of our favorite anime, browsing the DVDs and Blu-Rays and gushing over the cosplay they had on display.

"Oh my gosh! Quinn check this out!" She exclaimed.

"What?! what is it?!" I asked.

She showed me an exclusive Blu-Ray box set of one of my favorite anime.

"Whaaaaaaat? How much is it?!" I yelled, my eyes sparkling from excitement.

"Let me see, it's- oh." She said as she read the price tag, she turned it over so I could see.

"Oh... I see." I said with a very gloomy expression, it was far beyond my budget.

"D-don't worry," she said as she put the box back, "I'm sure you'll find something else!"

Her beautiful gaze and smile actually managed to cheer me up more than I thought, and I ended up blushing in front of her -I hope she didn't notice-. We kept walking around the store looking around every aisle and corner we could, after taking a few pictures of the cosplay we bought stuff within our reach and took our leave.

After leaving Mandarake, we decided to go for a walk before checking out Yodobashi Camera, Sunny knew I was an absolute model kit fanatic, and we'd be in there for hours if I had the chance.

We went to Portal Café Akiba to get a quick bite and to chat, I got iced coffee and she got a new flavored tea, we sat by the window and the conversation followed:

"So, what's it like?" Sunny inquired while sipping some tea.

"Huh? What're you talking about?" I replied with a sip of my coffee.

"You know, you're brother. He seems pretty serious about him and Caily, what's your take on it?"

"Oh, that" I uttered "Well I don't really have a choice do I right?" I grinned

"Well yeah you got a point, but, like, what do you think of him having a girlfriend?"

"Hm, well if I'm gonna be honest I couldn't be happier for him, he's been through a lot and I'm glad he's found someone he can be himself and who can change him for the better." There was a small moment of silence. "I just hope I'll find someone as well soon." Our eyes met as I said that, I immediately sipped some coffee to hide my blushing and slight grin.

"Oh" she sipped some tea and tried to hide her face.

"What's wrong? Thought I'd be against it like on TV?" I chuckled.

"Y-yeah... yeah that was it." she giggled.

I noticed she was blushing a bit after she put her cup down, -Did my flirt actually work?-

We both gulped the last bit of our drinks.

"Well, shall we get going? This next store is gonna take a while." I said with a humorous tone.

"Yes we shall, and believe me I know." She concurred while laughing.

On our way to Yodobashi Camera, I really got a chance to admire the scenery of Akihabara, the lights, the people, the anime, the games, the extreme amount of walking required. But I think the best thing so far was the fact I was having fun in my most favorite place on Earth, with Sunny. -very corny I know- I gotta admit, I probably looked like a creep from how much I ended up staring at her instead of, you know, FREAKING JAPAN.
