Letters to earth

Hello people of earth I have a request. My name is Maylee or at least that's the basic translation. I have been in orbit around your planet gathering as much data as possible. I need your help. My situation is dire and I am unable to achieve much on my own.

I have been taken against my will during what I thought was gonna be a simple diplomatic mission. As all things play out it would seem that wasn't the case. On my way to the mission I was attacked. The attackers were well the best translation is pirates.

There mission was merely to capture not harm or kill. But as I just stated that's not how things work do they. My escorts tried to repel the boarding pirates. They lost and were captured and so was I. My basic is a bit rusty and I do apologize for this.

A day after I and my crew were captured they hatched a plan that I heavily objected but they were in charge of over all my protection. The plan was simple get to engineering take control of ship from secondary controls and fly to United space. Ah I forgot earth isn't a part of that too "uncivilized" and I don't mean no malcontent by it.

United space is occupied untied planetary systems space. Meaning it's were a majority of powerful people rule. In part it's what you may call controlled space is it's home for me but anyways about what happened.

The pirates got wise to the plan causing another attack that ended in all of my escorts being killed or captured and tossed out into space. But the last bad news, one stray shot is all it takes to make a bad situation worse.

The shot hit home at the nav computer causing a short. Sending the ship spiraling into deep space stopping just out of orbit around earths rim. After that it was just a matter of time and inexperienced crew to make it worse.

Now I'm stuck on a ship far from home, stuck with pirate in uncivilized space. See why I'm in trouble the only real trouble is that the only way to get help is you!

I'm allowed to explore the ship as I please just not the armory. Even my communication is being monitored not by context but by site. My thinking is that this site would be safe. Seems small enough but also just big enough to get the word out. Please help
