*5 days later*
Things have escalated quickly after the Jihoon and Gwaenhi decided to call it quite for the show. Right after their talk, she fell asleep and woke up at midnight. He must've carried her to the room cause the last thing she remembers is passing out on the floor.
She got a call the day after that. It was the producer, confirming if she really wanted to end their show. It would be embarrassing to tell him about the fight they had just because of her sensitivity and mood swings so she just filled in him on some of her insights on why she decided to put their show on a halt. He was a very understanding person and she was glad that he's currently processing the end of their contract.
In the five days she spent alone, it made her think about everything in her life. From her past mistakes, present decisions and future happenings. Her mom has been texting her for several days now but she hasn't responded to any of it. She just kept saying that Gwaenhi shouldn't be affected with it, she was just messing with her.
The sound of the front door opening snapped her out of her thoughts. "Uhm hi." Jihoon's tall figure stood by the door, quickly shutting it.
"Hello." She firmly greeted back.
"I'm just here to get my things I hope you don't mind."
"It's okay, go ahead." After she replied, he rushed into the bedroom. Gwaenhi sighed after that awkward conversation, she still had mixed emotions about their conversation.
She didn't know which was dumber, him confessing in the middle of her break down or her breaking down and quarreling him like it was all his fault. The thought of it made her shake her head in disappointment, she knew that if wasn't his fault at all and she just got carried away with her emotions.
Gwaenhi got her phone on the coffee table and opened Instagram for the first time in a week. She was dumbfounded when she saw that no notifications appeared til' she realized that the account logged in was her old private account. The feed was not as messy as her public one, it felt so much better.
She took a look at her old Instagram posts there like her first day of studying in SOPA, some selfies, and even a picture of her and her brother that made most of her friends from school fall head over heels for him. Gwaenhi came across one of her pictures with the complete Cheesy Chicken Tteoks, they all looked so young especially her. She was around 17 that time.
They were all at the lobby of their "secret hideout". Everyone wore black and white just because they thought it would look cool if everyone just joined in on it. Several of them were doing flower poses while some laughed cause they were too shy to do it. Everyone's private accounts were tagged too so she took a quick look at it one by one.
Wonhyuk, Jihoon, Kiaraa, Yedam, Hyunsuk, and Seunghun were all inactive while Myungdae, Junkyu, Ryujin, Insung, and Inu still posts from time to time. The last profile she had left to see was Rachel's, she had second thoughts on whether she should take a look or not. She knew that she's more fragile than ever but her curiosity made her click on the username.
Gwaenhi was familiar with all Rachel's pictures there cause Rachel was the type of girl who rarely uploads on social media. She got slightly confused when she saw one that felt really weird. There was a little girl holding a giraffe plushie as Rachel took a mirror shot of them.
"What the heck?" She whispered to herself.
The post was uploaded just last month, that wasn't possible if she's already dead. She looked at Rachel's followers and now, they're just 7. No one else from their group was following her anymore. She just stared at the photo for so long with her eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
