Background Information: Belle Utonium is the fourth Powerpuff Girl of the group, who was created by Professor Utonium. Her powers and theme are all ice related, but she does possess the same powers as her other sisters.

Belle has been known as the more heroic and motherly figure of the Powerpuff Girls. She cares a lot for her family and will always be there to protect them from danger.

Belle has become the object of affection for most of the villains in the series, most notably both Him and Prince Morbucks (Princess Morbuck's twin brother). Despite their many attempts to make the white-haired heroine theirs, Belle always manages to thwart their plans.
