Chapter 16

"Emma we just heard!" Kayla and Ivy squealed as they ran over to me. I giggled and ran over to the bestest friends on earth. I gave them a HUGE bear hug. "I am going on a date with Zachary Gold!" I squealed then jumped up and down like a little girl. Can this day get any better? Ivy came over to me and whispered so softly into my ear and said, "You wanna meet my boyfriend? I already told Kayla but, we're planning to go on a date this Saturday. And I was wondering if you guys want to meet him?" And I was like, "Oh my merlin Ivy... YES!!!!!!"

Saturday sprung upon us like no bodies business and at 3:00 we went out with Ivy and her boyfriend, Peter. All I really did was introduce myself and did tons of cartwheels across the lawn. When I got extremely dizzy so Kayla took me up to the hospital wing.

"Hey Emma." Zachary said as I walked in. "What happened! You have a big bruise on your forehead!" I cried as I ran over. "Its nothing." he looked away, blushing. I sat on the cot next to his with a worried look on my face. "I think I'll just be going now." Kayla said with a cautious smirk, and started to back away. "Emma, you look very pretty when your worried." he said. "And you look like your in pain, I can help if you want." I said, but still worried. I mean he asked me out only a few days ago. "Zachary what the heck happened. And if you still want to go out on that date, you better tell me." then and there I put my foot down. He sighed and finally gave in, "I got into a fight with Josh Western." and it's obvious from the look on his face that it didn't end up well.

Bracing Zachary as he limped out of the hospital wing, I tried my best to comfort him.
"Emma,"
"Yes Zachary"
"I don't mind if you just call me Zach from now on. It'll make me feel a lot better."
I smiled and said "Of course Zach! Of course." Then I took him to his dorm.

"Hey Emma, lets go out on Sunday next week, okay? I should be healed by then." he announced. I said okay, and then walked away.

So I hope you like the chapter, I'm gonna have one more chapter in between the date cuz I have no idea what I'm going to do for it so yas.
