The day had been rather pleasant. Birds were chirping, the sun was shining and there wasn't rain do for at least a week. To Mingi, it was the perfect opportunity to stroll through the park and relax. Since he had the day off nor did he have any classes, he decided it would be nice to spend some time with just himself. Or so he thought.

The man walked over to his usual spot, a bench towards the edge of the lake. It was a gorgeous area, surrounded by a rainbow of flowers that filled the perimeter with the sweet smell of spring. It was surprising that more people didn't visit. Regardless, he was thankful for the peace. The bench Migi usually sat at was worn but charming. Covered in carvings, some even belonging to the brunette himself, he'd been coming to this very spot since he was young. His seat, however, seemed to be occupied.

"Yunho?" Mingi said curiously. He spotted the man sitting with his head down and eyes closed, looking nearly asleep. Yunho slowly rose his head to glance at him. "It seems we just keep running into each other, huh?" Mingi smiled. He placed himself down next to Yunho, with the older looking somewhat surprised by this action. Mingi turned to him and grinned. "It must be fate."

"Fate, you say?" Yunho mused as he gazed over at Mingi. The brunette had taken a book out, his hair blowing in the wind ever so slightly as the golden rays of the sun illuminated his delicate face while Yunho felt his heart begin to pound yet again. It confused him to no end. "I suppose so..."

For a while, it was silent - with Mingi focusing mainly on his book rather than Yunho. It surprised him since he seemed much more talkative before. Had Yunho done something wrong? "Mingi?" The younger hummed a response, still not tearing his eyes from his story. "Have...have I done something to offend you?"

Mingi's eyes widened and he finally turned to him as he shook his head profusely. "Why would you think that?" He asked.

"You were much more conversant before. I figured I had done something to deter you." Mingi smiled at him and shook his head once again.

"It's nothing like that. This is just my quiet space," he explained as he looked off into the distance. "The city can be so busy and it feels like I never truly get a moment to myself. Except for when I'm here..." Mingi's eyes trailed the carvings on the bench till his eyes landed on a particular one - Two initials surrounded by a crudely made heart. "This spot has always been special to me."

"You seem to be upset," Yunho noted, moving closer to him. "Shall I comfort you?" Mingi was taken aback by the directness of his offer yet smiled nonetheless. He leaned against his shoulder, closing his eyes and resting comfortably. Yunho embraced him right back and wrapped an arm around the younger man's shoulder. Mingi found him sighing with content. It had been awhile since he felt so secure. The calm atmosphere around him made it nearly impossible for him to not to slowly drift off.

That is until something wet hit his nose, then again, and again. Mingi cringed as water slowly began to pour onto them. "No way," he groaned. "The forecast said there was no rain for a week!" He quickly removed his jacket and held it over Yunho and himself to shield them.

Surprisingly, Yunho wasn't too bothered by the rain. Rather, he looked fascinated by it. He stuck out his hand to touch it but flinched back once it hit him in awe. "It's probably going to get heavier. Do you want me to give you a lift?" Asked Mingi.

"I'll walk." Yunho calmly replied .

"I don't think so." Mingi grabbed his hand and ran to the direction of his vehicle. Yunho made no effort to push him away, simply going with the motion. Once the duo got to Mingi's car, the younger pulled out his phone and handed it to Yunho.

"Type in your address," he instructed. Yunho looked down at the device in confusion. He tapped at it lightly causing it to brighten. Yunho awed as if it were the most magical thing in the world and began pressing at random buttons, trying to figure out what they did. "Um...Yunho?" Mingi watched as he fiddled with the camera, taking odd photos and videos in pure wonder. The two-toned brunette sighed, but grinned nonetheless. "How about this, tell me where you stay and I'll just drop you off?" At that, the stoic expression Mingi was used to slowly creeped back onto Yunho's face.
