Note: I'm sorry. I couldn't find a lyric video for agsunta's cover which is entitled 'Istorya.' But for better reading experience, turn the music on. Thanks!

"Calling the attention of doctor Aivan Chase Briguelles, please proceed to the office now." I halted from my tracks as I heard that. I pulled down the hem of my patient's shirt, as I pat him on the shoulder.
"You're good, just don't forget to drink that medicine." I nodded at the mother of my patient before I encircled the stethoscope back on my neck and excused myself.
I breathe heavily. Nurses and doctors greeted me with smiles plastered on their faces. I didn't bother to smile nor to show any affection. I maintained a straight face as I nodded at them.
Thousands of smiles. But hers is my favorite.
I entered the elevator and pressed the 3rd floor. Halos mapatalon pa ako nang may biglang sumingit na kamay sa maliit na siwang ng pinto nito dahilan para muli itong bumukas. A woman probably in her mid 20's made her way inside the elevator too. She's wearing the same coat just like mine and a nameplate on the right portion of it. She smiled at me.
"Good afternoon," she murmured, standing beside mine. I nodded once again. "You are doctor-"
"Yes, I am." I immediately cut her words short. If she's only here, she would've probably scolded me because of my rude gesture.
"How's your- "
"I'm sorry, but I want a silent trip up to my destination. Mind giving me the peace?" Sandali akong bumaling dito. She blinked before slowly nodded.
"Sorry."
Hanggang sa makarating ako sa third floor ay hindi na ito nagsalita. Glad that she listened.
I knocked thrice on the door located on the end of the hallway before opening it, making a loud creaking sound.
"Hey."
"Take a seat, doctor Aivan." I sat on the seat across him. He handed me a paper.
"What's-"
"That's an approval." I raised my gaze on him. "I'm letting you go, doc."

"Aivan, usap tayo." I panned my head to her direction. Umupo s'ya sa bleechers sa tabi ko. I looked at her for a second before averting my gaze back on the book that I was reading.
"Why?" I asked, uninterestedly. I find it strange that she wants to talk to me because as far as I remember, we have no business that the both of us have to deal with.
"It's about Sabriella." That caught me off guard. Muli akong napaangat ng tingin sakanya. Waiting for her to continue. She sighed.
"Where is she really?" Bevery asked, looking at the book that I was reading.
