'Saiki telepathically speaking to the reader'

'Reader/saiki thinking'

"Saiki speaking through telepathy"

"Saiki actually talking"

You didn't mean to punch your classmate, it just happened. Besides, Toritska deserved it after trying to kiss you like that. You had never had any issues with other people at Pk Academy so thankfully you hadn't been suspended. After that, the faculty decided it would be best to have you switch classes to prevent any further incidents. You didn't have a problem with it, as long as you didn't have to be in the same class as a pervert you'd be fine.

You switched classes the day after that and you were now waiting outside your new class waiting for the teacher to call you in to introduce yourself. You heard the instructor quiet the class before she called you in. You walked into the classroom slightly nervous with all eyes on you. "Good morning, my name is L/N, Y/N, it's very nice to meet you all." You bowed while mentally patting yourself for not stuttering. You scanned the room quickly as you looked at your future classmates. Your eyes were immediately drawn to a certain blue haired girl you knew to be Teruhashi Kokomi. 'Wow, I heard she was pretty but I didn't think she would be glowing' you thought slightly concerned'. "Very nice l/n" you heard the teacher say, "go on and take your seat next to Saiki." She nodded towards a pink haired boy with green glasses and two strange hair clips. 'Interesting choice for a hair color' you thought as you sat down. The stoic boy frowned softly and you were scared you said that last part out loud before deciding that there's no way you did.

'Good grief' thought the pink haired psychic. 'It's bad enough that Toritsuka transferred here this year but now I have to deal with another person who could bother me. What a pain. Well she did punch Toritsuka so I guess she's not all bad' he thought to himself. He scanned her thoughts quickly and thankfully saw no signs of her being attracted to him like Teruhashi or Chiyo. He breathed a sigh of relief before turning back to pay attention to the boring lesson on the board.

RINGGGGGG

The bell for lunch rang and most of the class left to get their food. You decided to have lunch on the roof since you didn't feel like socializing with anyone at the moment. The cool fall air caressed your skin as you sat down on the small two person bench. You pulled out your lunch glad that you packed some extra sweets. You began to dig into your meal unaware that someone else had the same idea as you and was now making his way to the roof.

' Good grief, I finally got rid of them' thought the straight faced boy. ' now to go eat my coffee jelly in peace. 'The Pk psychic was so focused on trying to avoid everyone he knew that he didn't even notice the other person on the roof until he walked through the doors and saw them. 'Crap. what do i do now, I can't just leave- I'll look like an idiot.' He thought for a moment before deciding that sitting next to his new classmate had to be a hundred times better than sitting with Teruhashi or Nendo. The h/c haired girl looked up at the sound of footsteps approaching her. "Oh hello, Saiki right?" The pink hair boy merely nodded before carefully sitting down on the bench sitting as far away from her as he could.

'Not much of a talker huh.' You thought before going back to your half eaten lunch. You and Saiki both ate your lunch in comfortable silence and were both glad the other didn't try to start a conversation. You thought about your new classmates while you ate and how very different they were from the previous ones. First of all there was Nendo who looked very......interesting. Then there were Kobuyasu and Kaido who both normalish with Kaido reminding you of a puppy and Kobuyasu of punk. 'Those two aren't that bad, in fact I think I prefer them to my old boring class.' Next to you Saiki would beg to differ but you didn't know that. 'This girl must have a skewed perception or something to like those two idiots' He internally grimaced.

You both finished your lunch a couple minutes before the bell rang and you realized that you had packed an extra coffee jelly. You decided to offer it to the boy next to you in favor of just throwing it away. "Hey Saiki, I'm not going to eat this, do you want it?" Saiki intensely stared at you as if you were some divine being before nodding quickly. He took it and began eating it looking extremely pleased. ' This is the most emotional out of him I've seen all day' you deadpanned before you turned back to your stuff. Meanwhile Saiki's likeability towards you was rapidly rising. ' Is she an angel?' ' Maybe coming up here wasn't so bad after all.'

Lunch ended and the rest of the day went by pretty slowly and you were exhausted by the time you were walking home. You plugged in your headphones and made your way home through a different route unaware of a certain psychic heading the same way. He kept his distance making sure to avoid looking as though he was following you. You were distracted looking at your phone and you didn't see the car rapidly approaching as you crossed the street. You heard a loud car horn before feeling yourself pulled back into a strong pair of arms. "Good grief, are you alright?" you were still in shock over what had just happened before realizing that you were in your classmate Saiki's arms. "I- thank you so much for saving me I can't believe I didn't see the car" you quickly pulled yourself away from him blushing from embarrassment. "Consider it thanks for the coffee jelly" 'Dude, coffee jelly isn't the same as saving my life' you thought but just nodded at him. He walked with you until you were safely across then you both went your separate ways.

You arrived home to an empty house with a note from your parents saying they'd be home later. As you set your bag down in the kitchen you decided to make Saiki some homemade dessert as a thanks for saving your life earlier. 'Dessert doesn't compare to saving a life but he did look really happy when he ate that coffee jelly at lunch so i'll give it to him tomorrow. You washed your hands before then pulling out the ingredients and skillfully making a dozen macarons; six for you, six for Saiki. After carefully taking the hot trays out of the oven you packed the delicious desserts neatly into containers and set them in the fridge ready for tomorrow. 'Now time for homework' you sighed. Luckily for you the work assigned was minimal and you were able to complete within a couple hours. You thought about your day and came to the conclusion that you definitely liked your new class way more than your previous one and fell asleep with a satisfied feeling.
