Dino Boy - Part 1/2

You and Kei have been dating since your second year. You are both now in your third year. And of course you both have your best friend Tadashi as well. You usually go to school with Tsuki but he said he had already left. You found it weird because he's always picked you up on the way to school, even if you woke up late. But you decided not to overthink it. You get ready and text Tsuki to meet you out front. 

When you arrive you seem him waiting with Tadashi. You go up to them and greet them, hugging Tadashi and kissing Tsuki on the cheek. "Can you stop doing that?" he says coldly while wiping his cheek. Your chest tightens. But you just apologise. You look at Tadashi with questioning eyes but he just shrugs and begins to walk. Tsuki following right behind. You just wait a while and neither notice that you stopped. 

You wait until they're gone and take a deep breath. You really loved them both but you feel as if they're being kinda weird. You walk to class and you see that it's set up as two people at a desk. You'd think that Tsuki would save you a seat but there was Tadashi. Right beside him. So you grab a seat next to Yachi. "Is it okay if I sit here?", you ask her. "Of course y/n :D". You give her a little explanation on what had just happened and she could see you looked worried. So as an attempt to reassure you she says, "Don't worry so much, it's probably just first day back jitters", but it didn't help you very much. 

You text Tsuki if you can meet him after class. Just the two of you, he texts back "what now?" and you were shocked. You don't know what you had done to annoy him so much so you just text back, "I just wanted to talk." "Fine" he replied. So after class you guys meet where you usually would when you needed privacy. 

"What?". You take a deep breath. "Can you tell me what's wrong?" he rolls his eyes. "What are you talking about?" he seems annoyed already. "Y-you've been distant, so I-I just wanted to make sure you were okay." you say looking at your feet. "Tch God, you're real clingy, yah know that? I just want to focus on school right now. I don't have time for relationships y/n" You look up at him teary eyed. "Oh ok" you say trying not to cry. You hand him the necklace that had his name on it and the bracelet he got you as well. As you're about to walk away he says, "Y/n you can keep the bracelet" you don't turn back because you're on the verge of crying. "I don't want it. I don't want anything to do with you Kei." He stays silent and just watches you walk away. 

You get to your next class where it's just you and Tadashi. He has a free seat so you sit next to him. "What's wrong y/n?" He can see you've been crying. You rest your arms on the table and hide your face in it. "He broke up with me" you said, kind of muffled but loud enough for him to hear. "W-what?" he seemed shocked but you looked up at him and he was blushing? "Said he didn't have time for a relationship. He threw away a whole year. For what? What am I doing wrong Yams?" you go back to hiding your face in your arms. He rubs your back and says "I don't know y/n, but we'll figure it out." 

After school you three all take the same bus. But you couldn't so you just wait for the next one. "Y/n come on" Tadashi says. "It's okay I'll wait for the next one." "Stop being stupid" Tsuki says, rolling his eyes. "Like you care" you reply walking away. You feel someone grab your arm. "I'm sorry okay? Jesus. It's not a big deal." You slap him. Right in the face. "I WASTED A WHOLE YEAR WITH YOU, JUST FOR YOU TO END IT LIKE THIS. FUCK OFF KEI". He brings a hand up to where you had slapped him. Before he says anything, you walk away. 

You get home late and just flop on your bed. *ding* you get a text from Yachi asking you to come to dinner with the volleyball team. You agree and get dressed. 1 hour passes and you hear the doorbell. It's Yachi. "Kiyoko's giving us a ride, that okay?" "Sure." You tell them about it and they're mad for you. You ask to make a quick stop at your favourite ice cream shop because you had a little craving. 

That's when things got weird. There you saw Tadashi and Tsuki. Kissing. "What the fuck" you said loud enough to get their attention. You run out as they try to call out to you. "Y/N!". You get in the car and tell them you'll explain later. You, Kiyoko and Yachi arrive with the rest of the team waiting. Tsuki and Yams minutes behind. As everyone's eating you Tsuki and Yams are quiet. 

*ding* It was a text from Yams. "Please let us explain." You look up at them, both with pleading eyes. "5 minutes."
