reasons to stay (Jade's daughter)

Y/n is just living the life she has. She is the daughter of Jade Thirwall. Jadehas not noticed that Y/n's bright brown eyes have become dull and that she doesn't want to live but she does not wanna die. She know you where just finding her way.

Y/n wrote a song called reason to stay. Writing songs is all Y/n really know. She grow up with a singing mom who was in a girl band. Y/n when on Britten's got talent to sing in front of tons of people she didn't know at all. She was a bit nervous.

"Hello dear whats your name?" Amanda asked the young Thirwall. "My name is Y/n Thirwall." The 16 year old said. "Are you related to Jade Thirwall by any chance?" Simon asked. "She is my mum. But I don't want to be remembered by my  mums work but my own." She said.

The judges nods, "So what are you singing for us today?" David asked. "A song that I wrote called Reason to stay." Y/n said softly. The song means a lot to Y/n and she wants to find her own way. "I can't wait to hear you sing Y/n." Alesha said with a smile.

Y/n nods a bit as she moves her hair out her face as she when over to the piano that was behind her. She was a bit scared to play in front of a lot of people. Y/n let out a soft sigh before she started to play the piano.

"I've been driving around here in this town, Know it like the back of my hand, I've been dreaming of ways, ways to get out, Put myself in a box that I'd never be, Someone I'm proud of you see, Here I am on this bridge facing defeat." People could hear the hurt in her voice.

"I'm just doing the best I can, I'm just living in the life I have, I'm confused but I'm fine with that, The beauty will outweigh the pain, From the chill of the autumn wind, And the laugh of your sister's kid, To the first snow when it sets in, The beauty will outweigh the pain, We'll all find a purpose one day, There's so many reasons to stay." Y/n kept playing the piano as she sang. The judges and the audios where amazed by Y/n's singing and how much control she had over it.

"No I don't wanna die, just don't wanna live, Why can't I reach out for help, You would do anything to get me through this, I'm so used to alone, don't know what it's like, To let someone into my mind, But I'd do anything just to survive."  Y/n looked up a bit to see that some of the judges where crying a bit. 

"I'm just doing the best I can, I'm just living in the life I have, I'm confused but I'm fine with that, The beauty will outweigh the pain, From the chill of the autumn wind, And the laugh of your sister's kid, To the first snow when it sets in, The beauty will outweigh the pain, We'll all find a purpose one day, There's so many reasons to stay." Y/n sang as she looked back at the Piano.

"I'm just doing the best I can, I'm just living in the life I have, I'm confused but I'm fine with that, The beauty will outweigh the pain, We'll all find a purpose one day, We all have a reason to stay." Y/n finished singing and got up from the piano. and the audios got up and started to clap.

"Y/n that was amazing. You have a beautiful voice and you have so much control over it as well for someone your age." Amanda said with a smile before pressing the golden button making the young 16 year old smile to herself. "You did a great job Y/n and you will find your way."
