Chapter 5

Monday (the day I tell John)

John was at his locker and I came up to him nervously and he noticed and said "hey... why do you look so nervous?"
I then started tearing up and he said "What is it?" I began crying and he raised his voice yelling at me saying "Nadia spit it out!" I say  yelling at him "I'm Pregnant! And John Bender it's yours!"
John froze in shock...
And he had tears in his eyes as he said "w-what?" I then said "I'm pregnant with your baby." As my voice cracked from crying.
I then said "so what are we going to do?"
John then said "I'm not ready to be a dad..."
Then as soon as he said that my heart sank.
Then all of the sudden Andy pushed John against the lockers and yelled at him saying "You should have thought about that before having sexual intercourse with her! If you were man enough to get her pregnant than you are man enough to raise your baby that YOU put in her!" John then began crying. He then said "Nadia come here..." I sat beside him on the ground in front of his locker and he hugged me. And then he kissed and said "I'm sorry..."
I then said "Your not gonna leave me Are you?"
He shook his head no and said "I'm gonna help raise it. I have to run away from my dad though because he'll kill me if he finds out I got a girl pregnant..." I then said " I still have to tell my aunt. Maybe she'd let you come live with us especially since I'm having our child."
John then smiled and said "Nadia, will you be mine?" I smiled and said "For Sure!"
He smiled then kissed me.

Claire then came up to me as I was on the way to class and she said "I saw that you told him."
I said "yeah, where's Andy? I need to thank him." She said "Him and Allison are probably making out in Cafeteria right now." I said "well they better not get to carried away for Allison will be like me." Claire laughed and so did I.
