Here is my first specimen, made durring my art class in senior year of highschool.
It is mixed media, using watercolor and India ink. I remember I had alot of fun with it, and my art teacher loved it up until the point I made it creepy.
But hey, in my defense, 'dystopian' means creepy or unnatural.

If you look at her shoulder, and around her bust, there are purple specks. I accidentally used purple instead of pink. So instead of being depressed or mad at myself, I replicated the happy little accident and gave her freckles, and (aside from the green to orange hair strand) is my favorite part of the painting.
Least favorite part is the lacing at the top. My art teacher wouldn't let me turn it in unless I filled in the negative space.
But overall it is a good piece that I'm proud of. I think it was one of the only times I attempted a semi side profile.
