Katherine lay on her bed with her cat Silvermist cuddling up next to her. Katherine was reading a book about a superhero girl called SuperGlam. Most of her friends would give anything to be SuperGlam but Katherine wouldn't. She liked her normal, boring life. She threw the book on the floor. Katherine didn't even want to read it but her friends had made her. She lay on her bed, thinking about her day. She had an odd feeling like she was being watched. "Don't be silly", she said to herself.
Suddenly Silvermist jumped onto the floor and started hissing. Katherine wondered what her cat was hissing at. Silvermist was staring at nothing just an empty spot in her room. Her hisses turned to crying she lay on the floor still staring at that one spot. Silvermist ran around in circles then ran off making a weird sound.
