I Fell for My Nutcracker Prince and Nutcracker Soldier

Chapter 1

The Prologue:
His name is Prince Nathaniel Thompson or Nate for short and his best friend Soldier Justin Moody. They has to search for the Sugar Plum Fairy to save Nate's father, but when they walked into another world they didn't know existed and turned them into nutcrackers. When they see a girl who had stars in her eyes staring at the nutcracker prince and nutcracker soldier. Prince Nate and Soldier Justin will need assistance on their quest, but they are cursed by the mouse king Reed Louthian with the help of his henchman, Oliver Niles. Will the two nutcrackers fall in love with the girl? Who will win her heart? Will they come together and share her?Find out what happens in the story when you read this, enjoy!

My POV:

I was walking around town with my brother Landen. We gave a few people some gifts from our mother and everyone was excited to open them when they got home. Landen and I were on our way to the toy store, on the way to the toy store Landen asked "How many places do we have to go to now?" We stopped right outside the toy store's window "We have at least two more places to deliver these gifts to then we can head home." I said, while Landen looked through the window to see a toy train go around in a big circle and I looked in the window to see so many dolls, toy soldiers, and other toys.

Then a man with very white hair, rosy cheeks, a greenish red long-sleeve shirt, black pants, and a beanie hat walked out the store with a smile on his face "Well it's about time y'all showed up I was beginning to think you weren't coming." Godfather said letting out a small chuckle. "We had a lot of gifts to give to a lot of people for our mother, but we're here now aren't we." Landen said in a more like a statement than a question.

"It took a little longer to deliver these gifts, oh we have one for you and Emma." I said while I looked up at Godfather, "Why don't you come in Emma is baking some cookies and a small cake for the party tonight." "You're coming to the party tonight?" I asked with curiosity in my voice, "We wouldn't miss it for the world!" Godfather chuckles some more, "We can spare a couple of minutes mum and da won't mind." Landen said with his goofy smile plastered on his face, Godfather stepped out of the way to let Landen and I go in then he came in after us.

After we hung our coats on the coat rack I looked over to see Emma almost fall back with a plate of cookies, I ran over and caught her before she had a nasty fall "Emma you need to make sure there are no toys in your way before you walk out from the back and slip and have a bad fall." I said while making sure to stand her up straight again.

"T-Thank you Valerie, I would have had a very bad fall if you weren't here to catch me." Emma said with her shyness, "I'm always happy to help anyone and everyone in need." I said and turned around to see the most beautifully/handsomely nutcracker and nutcracker soldier I have ever seen, I walked towards them to get a better look up close. "Oh I see you like that nutcracker and nutcracker soldier, Valerie." Godfather said and walked towards me.

"Yes they are very beautiful Godfather," I said and looked back at the nutcrackers with stars in my eyes. I picked up both the nutcrackers and saw a twinkle shine in their glass eyes. "Did you see something, Valerie?" Godfather asked with a knowing smile plastered on his face, "I thought I saw... never mind." I mumbled trying to see if it was just the lighting or I was just seeing things.

I put both nutcrackers down gently so as to not drop them, "Do you want to hear their story?" Godfather asked when I sat both of the nutcrackers down "They have a story?" I asked with stars in my eyes, "Of course they have a story, many toys have stories behind them." Godfather stated I pulled a chair over and sat in front of Godfather.

"Everyone gather around and I'll tell you the story of the Nutcracker Prince and his best friend, the nutcracker soldier." Godfather said, I wanted to know something so I asked "Dose the Nutcracker Prince and Nutcracker Soldier have a name?" Godfather smiled "Very good question Valerie I'll tell you their names while I tell the story." Godfather said, we all gathered around Godfather and he started to tell the tale of the nutcracker prince and nutcracker soldier.

"Once upon a time there lived a prince named Prince Nathaniel Thompson but he liked either just Nate or Prince Nate for short and Soldier Justin Moody. Nate's father was the king but he became very ill by poison from none other than Reed Louthian and his henchman Oliver Niles the mouse king and sidekick in disguise; no one knew of this because they hid it very well. One day Prince Nate and Soldier Justin were walking around the kingdom trying to find something to do, when they walked around the corner they saw Reed Louthian and Oliver Niles carrying a lot of books in their hands, and they looked over at Prince Nate and Soldier Justin and asked 'Would the two of you like to help us with these books?' Nate or Justin didn't say anything. Instead they nodded and walked over to help. After Prince Nate and Soldier Justin helped Reed and Oliver, they had the same idea.

'Since you're a sage, you could help my father's illness, right?' the prince asked, trying to see if his companion is the the one who caused it. 'I could, but no, I will not help him, or you two.' Reed stated coldly. 'So, are you the two to have caused this, then?' Justin asked, causing Reed and Oliver to look at him with a smirk on their pale faces. 'I don't know what you mean, soldier.' Louthian muttered, trying to keep his cool, and not show his anger. 'Don't play dumb with us, Louthian. We've seen your work, and know how dangerous it is with the help of your henchman.' Nate spat, glaring at the man in front of him. 'Get out of my tower... NOW!' Reed yelled out in frustration. 'Out, out, out!' Oliver yelled, Nate and Justin flinched. They had never heard anyone yell out before.

They turned and fled, and didn't stop until they reached Nate's father's quarter in one of the towers. When they got there, Nate went to his father's chamber to find his parents, while Justin stood on the other side of the door. 'Mother, father I have something to tell you.' Nate said with a pale look on his face, 'Why Nate... why did you cause this to happen?' Nate's mother asked with tears pulling at the edge of her eyes 'W-What... what do you mean?' the prince asked scared what the answer will be.

'We have been talking with Reed and Oliver, they told us some things... that you and Justin have done.' The prince's father said, having a little coughing fit, 'What have they told you about us?' Prince Nate didn't like where this was going, not at all 'They told us that you and Justin caused this, you poisoned your father for the crown...and to rule the kingdom...' the prince's mother stated while crying, Nate didn't know what to feel sad that his parents would believe someone who they barely know, anger that lies were being told behind his and Justin's backs, or shocked for his mother to want to believe any of this.

'We would never have done any of this, I swear on my life we didn't!' Prince Nate stated anger boiling inside of him, 'Then if you two didn't prove it by finding the sugar plum fairy but don't come back till you find her.' Nate's father said, coughing a little bit, Prince Nate walked out of the room and castle with Justin right by his side looking far and wide but they could not find this sugar plum fairy anywhere till they came across a door.

'I wonder if this door will lead us to the sugar plum fairy and help my father before he gets worse.' the prince mumbled, Justin agreed, but they didn't know that Reed cursed the door before Prince Nate or Soldier Justin saw it, when they stepped inside their whole bodies became stiff and much harder to walk they looked down and saw themselves turning into nutcrackers but that door was a curse for the prince and soldier. No one knew they turned into nutcrackers because Reed cursed the kingdom to make the entire kingdom think they are still searching for the sugar plum fairy." Godfather said with a warm smile on his face "How did you know their story and find them Godfather?" I questioned while I looked at the nutcracker Prince Nate and nutcracker Soldier Justin "You'll have to wait and see for the first question. I found them down the street while walking back to my toy store." Godfather said with a look I could not describe; maybe a knowing look, or a look of hope? I wanted to know more about the story and was about to ask when......
