~Subhadra~
Finally the day has arrived. The day I've been waiting for since thirteen years. The day which I dreamt of since so many years. Finally he'll be by my side. Finally my son will meet his father after a really long wait. Finally I'll be meeting my Arya, my Arjun. I don't know how I spent so many years in his absence, but never did a moment passed when I didn't miss him. I really missed him, Jiji, my other bhratas and of course, Indraprast. Though my Bhratashrees and Bhabishrees made sure that I didn't feel lonely and sad, and I showed them that I didn't , but deep inside I knew that I did. The day Abhimanyu was born, I so wanted for him to be with me, sharing the happiness. But I knew it couldn't happen. If not because of Abhimanyu I couldn't have spent these years. He reminds me of his father in every aspect. The way he talks, his intelligence, his archery and other warfare skills, everything resembles his father. He is a total replica of him. My Bhratashrees have really put a lot efforts in raising him. I'm sure Arya will be really happy and proud while meeting our son.
"Subhadra!", I felt someone shaking my hand and calling out my name, thus breaking my long chain of thoughts. I realised that I was standing in the balcony in my room and it was Bhabishree Revati.
"What happened Subhadra? I've been called out your name for like ten times. I even came and stood beside you and still you didn't realise anything, you were just standing with a big smile, lost in thoughts", she said and I felt guilty. I made her wait for such a long time.
"I'm really sorry Bhabishree", I said.
"It's ok, but what about that big smile? I think I know the reason of that smile. Maybe that's a person who's coming to Dwarka today", she said in a teasing tone.
"Bhabishree!", I whined and she giggled.
"Don't worry Bhadra, I understand. You'll be meeting him after such a long time. Abhimanyu will be meeting him for the first time. It's really a very special day", she said with a smile. I nodded.
"Yes Bhabishree. I just hope that the father-son unison goes really good", I said looking at Abhimanyu who was practicing near the Sea shore. I really loved the fact that the vast ocean and it's beautiful sea shore was visible from my balcony. I could see my son practice from here, he would always be in front of my eyes.
"Don't worry Subhadra, over the years, I've always seen you making sure that Abhimanyu never gets a negative feeling for his father because of his absence. You've always made sure that he understands why his father is away. He knows that who caused this situation thirteen years ago. He knows that who his enemies are and what they did to his second mother.", She said and I nodded.
"I'm really proud of him Bhabishree. He's really very understanding and intelligent. He knows his purpose and duty", I said.
"We know that Bhadra and we are proud of him too. I feel really lucky to be known as the aunt of Abhimanyu", she said with a proud smile and I immediately hugged her. She hugged me back and soon I felt tears in my eyes.
"Hey, why are you crying Bhadra?", she asked after pulling out of the hug and wiping my tears.
"Nothing Bhabishree. I think these are just the tears of happiness", I replied and she smiled.
"Okay, I've to go now. Got some work to do", she said.
"Pranipaat", I said and she blessed me before leaving.
I had nothing to do now, so I decided to go downstairs and towards the sea shore. As I reached there, I went near Abhimanyu, who was standing on a red carpet, spread over the sand. As I was about to place one step over the carpet, he stopped me.
